After $200 and 1.5 hours of cleaning, there was little change. I spent an extra hour after they left, going back over stuff they cleaned (like the floor and the fridge) and cleaning stuff they obviously missed (even things I pointed out that needed cleaning). Also, the chemicals they use can cause migraines and the smell stays for days. They should really look into using more environment-friendly cleaning products. All in all, Im disappointed. I could have kept $200 in my pocket and done better cleaning on my own. Wont be using this service again.

Carney Cleaners is an exceptional cleaning service. I received top notch grade a service. They cleaned my apartment after I moved and even helped me pack my moving truck!. I would recommend this cleaning service to any and everyone who is seeking superb, no hassle experience.

This is our 2nd time using Carney Cleaning Services. The owner Sharon is polite and professional always. Wayne has been our cleaner both time, he us thorough, professional and gets the job DONE! I have a happy house! Call this black owned business for deep cleaning or maintenance cleaning today!

Sharon talked and sounded so competent and on top of things. She made it seem that she was professional and would take her work as a point of personal pride. However, I learned that it is just a typical street sham that she runs on customers at her convenience. As soon as she got paid she ceased working with the job (less than) halfway done and left. When I contacted her about her incomplete job, she offered to return and correct it with another payment at a discount rate.

I am moving into my apartment tomorrow!! It was not cleaned and I called Sharon and she made magic happen!! Wayne came within an hour and did an excellent job cleaning my apartment! I will be using them once a month for cleaning. Thank you guys so much!!

$200 was paid for a thorough cleaning. One hour was spent doing basic cleaning. The top of stove was not cleaned. The inside of stove was not even half cleaned (the oven cleaning solution is still visible along with the grime), dirt and dust cover the fans still, I told the blinds and refrigerator would be cleaned but, they were not, the baseboards on one level was cleaned but, not the other level, caked up dirt is still visible in corners. You would not be able to tell a cleaning company was even here. Sometimes you dont get what you pay for--you get what you suspect.

This review as well as complaint is being filed to warn other residence regard this business owner who is currently employed where I reside who is also appears to live here as well .with another tenant.I dont know this tenant /business owner personally or professionally. Which is why I was alarmed and saddened by the EVIL MISCELLOUS RANTI over heard Sharon Carney speaking ill of me to workers hired to do work here. as well as too another staff person. what was disturbing was the nature of this Rant which was of an persecution nature. Over hearing ms carney speak against the music I was playing as well as well as my personal spiritual beliefs. was very offensive. as well as character assignation. Ive never said or done anything to offend or disrespect her as a person.as I citizen of the USA I have a right to my personal beliefs. Especially when Im not intruding or imposing them upon another. Ms.Carney has vocalized changing her life. Publicly .I support anyone who makes positive changes in their life, however proper professional rehabilitation is the hallmark of positive right change.Ive over heard this business owner ask hired workers would they like to get f#@% up.while working.. It appears from her presence here is motived by religious political finical reasons. My complaint is also regarding how she was hired there were no notices issued by management as too who would be servicing and have access to our homes. It is my concern also as to the person(s) she employees & I restate I believe in 2nd chances however that depends on the proper professional rehabilitation.The employee who ms carnery has cleaning building has MOVEMENT according from hearing her speak to him in the common areas. As a tenant,woman,citizen I have the right to be respected and be informed as too I allow or should be allowed in my apartment. Ms. Carney needs to be a professional someone elses personal life or beliefs is non of her business. this kind of behaviors BREEDS division.
