Best quality haircut ever! I have gotten so many bad haircuts in my life. The barbers actually here know how to cut hair well.It was safe, active, and clean. I suppose one thing that could be improved is the AC it was kinda hot.

Andre did a great job on my cut. I called ahead for an appointment and I got in on time and was out in 30 minutes. I’ll be back!

It was an economical haircut, but I had couple of bruises on my neck. And the haircut was good, not great though.

The atmosphere is always welcoming and professional. The service is impeccable and the Staff always makes me know I made the right choice!

My experience here was horrible. The person cutting my hair couldnt follow the directions. I came out with a completely different haircut than what I told him. I even asked him midway through the haircut to not clip the sides to which he acknowledged and proceeded to do as he wished. I also came out cuts and wounds on the back of the neck!! Worst haircut of my life by far.

It’s a great saloon. I went there during a weekday morning and it was empty. So it felt good to have no wait.They said it gets busy during the weekends and during the afternoons on weekdays.My barber was friendly and I would go back again.35th st has paid parking on the street and free is available in the back of the saloon In a small lot.

Depends on your barber for personal satisfaction. Its a joint straight out of Hollywood--the eclectic customers, the wit & banter sharper than the razors, the countless style & styling given to Black hair, the pics of Malcolm & Muhammad Ali, the salutes to young Black boys ages 2 & up--its the real.

I definitely recommend this barbershop! First time visiting with my son. They are very professional, respectful they help suggest a haircut for my son, the shop was clean their prices was affordable! I recommend Barber name Spade ♠️ she was very professional she knew exactly what she was doing she did not hurt my son head his cut was clean and fresh! She listened when I asked to change up his cut (because I don’t know the names of cuts) this was a great experience, great Atmosphere, if your in the bronzeville area looking for a barbershop please stop by I promise you won’t be disappointed:) oh and they all are funny so you will laugh.. 😁 5star

Great experience. Clean environment, very mild. We walked right in with our two boys and were served right away. Though on a busy corner, inside wasnt too chaotic and I appreciate that. The environment was also grown and relaxed yet appropriate enough for children. Dre Love was professional, timely and I liked how he paid attention to my sons’ different textures of hair. The hair cuts came out nice as well.

Awesome barbershop...Started coming in December 2017 and every time I come, I have a great experience. Dre is awesome! I can make an appointment and hes there at the time he said and get me in and out. They make sure everyone is serviced in a timely manner and that parents are comfortable while waiting for their child.

Bronzeville Barber Salon is a great Barber Shop. Dre is my grandsons Barber. He cuts his hair in a nice precision style. All of the Barbers here focus on getting the customers in & out. It is a pleasure to come because of their great customer service & their skills.customer

Dont go to this barbershop. They are perhaps the worst in the City, no care what so ever, so double checking to see if everything is right. They just rush, they destroyed my 4 month beard. I had a fade cut, and it is not proper of both sides, one side is completely different from the other side. And Gary took $35 for that mess he made. If you are that much hurry, perhaps you should be working in a fast food chain, not in a barbershop.

This makes the second time I got zeeked at this spot. Fool me once right?The first mistake was when I allowed a gentleman to cut my hair after noticing he had a problem with keeping his hands from shaking...... Second mistake was today, a day before I am to meet with family for the holidays after about two years...Lines were not faded on the left side of my head and my beard was a noticeable 1/2 to 5/8 difference on one side and at different angles.... it wasnt until I got home and in better lighting, that I realized I was going to have to fix the haircut I just paid $22 + $8 tip for. Never again Chicago, thanks to this spot I will be the only barber cutting my hair...
