Ruben and his team have worked on my car about 4-5 times and every time has been an exceptional experience. I’ve worked with two other mechanics in the area before finding Ruben’s shop and none really compare to the experience I’ve had here. You can tell Ruben and his staff are very knowledgeable about vehicles and will get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. He doesn’t operate outside of his expertise and will be straight up with you if he can’t help.In the past, I’ve taken my vehicle to the dealership to get their expert opinion and diagnose any issues related to my vehicle, then take it to a mechanic for them to do the work. I have found Ruben and his staff have just as much or even more knowledge/experience as any dealership and they go above and beyond the traditional service. You can tell Ruben really cares about his customers and getting them back on the road. Ruben is my go to mechanic for any issues with my car and I would highly recommend him and his team.It’s hard to find any negative feedback about Ruben’s auto shop, but if I truly had to pick, it’s his prices can be a little higher than other mechanics in the area. However, Ruben’s prices are 3-4 times less than what a dealership will charge you. I once had a dealership quote me $2,500 for some work while Ruben was able to get it done for $600. I’ve found that the wonderful service and the ability to get the vehicle in and out in a timely manner makes it truly worth it. After seeing the work Ruben and has staff have performed on my car, I don’t mind the higher price for the premium service.tl;dr: 5/5 Would recommend.

Took my truck here because it was starting to fail me hard within a few days he had fixed it perfectly told me he wanted to keep it a bit longer to make sure it was working perfect he then called me and sure enough took some time but I assumed good work takes time definitely recommend bringing your truck/car here you be satisfied with there work 👍👍👍

I came here to get my tire fixed and they never put back back the rim. How does someone forget to put it back??? They also stole all the quarters in the car that were in a pile of change but left all the pennies. Who steals quarters after I just paid them over $100??? THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

Performed a full car inspection prior to my lease buy-out. My Husband brought the car in with our baby and they made sure to get it done quickly. We couldnt find the wheel lock and they happily let us come back for an included tire rotation the next week. No one tried to sell us anything, just did a great job and then some. Excellent!

It’s really hard to find a mechanic that you can trust to be up front and honest with you about pricing and what is actually necessary for your car. I appreciate how thorough Ruben is while also being clear about what I need to do immediately and what can wait. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with mechanics charging me an arm and a leg or trying to add on things that I simply don’t need. Very happy to have found a place that takes my dollar and my time seriously!

Best quality work for super fair prices! Honestly and integrity are what makes Ruben a terrific mechanic. I had a suspension issue that made my car unsafe to drive I was scared to drive it, so Ruben drove it to his shop for me. It’s came back better than ever. He also fixed a mirror I had duck taped for no charge, it was a wonderful surprise!! This is the only place I will take my car to now!

As someone whos pretty clueless about cars, Im always afraid I might get overcharged, but not here!Rubens services are affordable and, most importantly, hes not the type to cut corners.Im wholeheartedly giving them 5 starts because I know I can trust them!

They Replaced my car’s alternator with the wrong voltage, the Battery was discharging, took it back, they replace it with the right Alternator but charged me with extra $40.00 then said “here, take $20.00 back, I’ll only charge you for the labor “ it was their mistake, how can you charge extra? Don’t bring your car in there.....you have been warned.

What a solid shop. Ruben is conscientious and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty great for the high caliber of work they do. Every time I take my aging, ailing e46 to Ruben and los gueys at his shop I enjoy a well-running car and a little loot left in my pocket. Theyre fast too! Only thing they could do better is clean up the interior a little more after they work on the vehicle. Thats the only reason Id drop a star. But youll notice I still left 5. Thats because its THAT good a place.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. If you need work done on your car, I STRONGLY urge you to go elsewhere. Complete unprofessional. I was taken advantage of and charged double the price of what I should have been. I went in with a half tank of gas, and after him keeping it for 6 days and NOT EVEN FIXING what he said he did, I picked up my car with my gas tank on empty. I ended up having to pay another mechanic to fix the problem. Terrible business. I will never go here again.

This place deserves NO STARS . These guys take advantage the fact that when a woman needs a tow they over charge. I was stranded both times at the same location and had my car delivered at the same destination as a matter of a week and was charged $25 extra a total of $95 bcuz “I”called . Last time my brother ordered me the tow truck and they charged him $70 ... SCAMMERS!!!!

I went to the dealer to have my car looked at because ithought it may need special parts and they told me I should trade it in because it wouldnt last six months. I then took it to Rubens, who Ive been going to for years. He told me everything that was wrong and what it would cost to fix it. Later he told me a few options to get the work done for a little less than quoted. Ive been driving for almost two years since then and got close to 40,000 more miles out of it and its still going strong. This is the second car hes helped me with. Thanks Ruben.

They did a terrible job, kept the car for 3 days and over charged. When I got home I noticed one side was lower all the way and the other higher. Plus they left the trunk plastic pieces, speakers and all the screws everywhere. $500 for labor?Just found out other places would had charged me $300. Next time I would do research and go somewhere else.

Terrible service, Ruben will look you straight in the face and rip you off. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. His guys did absolutely nothing to my car except run it’s gas and charge me as if they fixed its problems

I recently had a rod replaced by these guys and they purposely drained my battery causing me to have to buy a new one. Luckily I knew how to replace my battery and did not have to pay them for more services.

Theyre extremely shady. I got my transmission completely replaced here for $3K. Less than a year later, the transmission went out, and they charged me ANOTHER $3K to get it replaced.

Horrible..such a dishonest guy,stay away and look for a real professional..or you will end up with a fake job,,and will be changing for repairs you didnt authorize....

Been going here for many years, he has always been honest about the problems ive had with my cars and always calls me to let me know what needs to be done and estimate of how much it will cost.
