Roberto was very helpful and did a great job on repairing my vehicle and informing me of other issues

So we take my mothers trail blazer a month ago because the engine keeps turning off. It ultimately had to do with the computer aspect of the vehicle. Take it in and it takes 2 weeks for it to get fixed, costed 750 dollars. They had no clue what was causing it to turn off. When we got it back, it took a few days for something else to break. Something with a module from what the receipt says, this time it was 400 dollars and a week to fix. We call and they would tell us theyd look into that day and never happen. Bad communication and bad mechanical knowledge with electrical equipment in cars.3rd times the charm but not this time, it breaks again and this time it has to do with the shift gears not working. This time it breaks down in the middle of the road, cars behind us cause it wont shift to drive to move and we have to tow it. Bring it again and I ask the mechanic whats the problem here? 3 times in one month, he could not give me a straight answer and he said he will look at it.Another week passes and no communication from the store. We call and he says there is nothing wrong and it works just fine. We are glad cause we have spent over a 1000 dollars fixing it and dont want to put more money into it. I drive with my mother to go pick it up and surprise it does not work. The shift will not go into drive and we cant move the car. We ask him too look at it and he agrees its broken. We ask him how much it will cost and he says he doesnt know. That stunned me, all this time and money and he still acts like he just learned how to be a mechanic. We got it to shift for it to drive thankfully and got it home where it broke down at our house.We call an old mechanic we knew that works from his house and he knew exactly what was wrong with it, came by the same day, got it to move, and with ONE DAY! fixed it and gave us a super reasonable price.I did not like my time dealing with this shop. Almost a month of not having a working car, 1150 bucks down the drain, horrible communication, incompetent mechanics, and just the most bizarre interactions Ive ever had with a business and people in my life.Do not go to this place, it is either horrid incompetence or a a brazen scam they are doing and I cant tell which it is. I can go on and on but i tried to keep in short. If i could give this place a negative star review I would. Please be careful with this mechanic shop. Thanks.

Poor work. They left my car the same by it having the same problem that I even had to take it to another mechanic to solve the issue. Overpriced for not even doing the work right and never on time. I had to keep going back and back with them to solve the problem and they kept adding excuses to it not working. Never again going there!!

Repairs were done quickly and I was satisfied with the service.

Don’t go by him, cos when he give price will think oh it’s cheap better than other place, but once you service your car there done eventually you start to spending money for other problem without even appears before . And we get him back and show those he don’t have any response for his bad service

For a tire plug they were fast(under ten min), no Bs and decent price of $10. Only gave four stars since I cant rate any other services.

I initially had given it a 4 star when they did my brakes. It was a good price for the work. Turns out that they didnt replace my rotors even though I had paid for them to be replaced with the pads. I lost my receipt and had to pay for them again.

DO NOT! Bother I mad a mistake by not listening to these reviews and I regret it! He put on my catalytic converters backwards THEN it started to shake I took it back and he tells me he broke a hose! And cylinder 😡 this was last week and I STILL have no vehicle! This place sadly shouldn’t even get 1 star but we need to rate it in order to review it.

Terrible customer service! DO NOT TAKE your car there. They will do a half ass job and wont care if you leave unsatisfied with the work. Wish I could rate them negative stars for the bad service! I took in my car to get a muffler replaced and they put a wrong larger muffler that made my small car sound like a loud obnoxious truck!!! Went back to ask them why it was still so noisy and they said thats all they can do for me all cause they didnt have the right muffler in Stock they decided to slap on w.e muffler they had around that wasnt for my car type. Really disappointed considering theyre supposed to be a muffler and brake shop!!! Do yourself a favor and do not go to this place.

I took my car for a EGR valve to pass an emissions test. They did a terrible job my car ran bad after the repair I took back 2 times and it was worse than I took it to the dealer they told me that they connected the hose that goes to the valve with silicone.

They replaced my flat in about 10 minutes
