Went in for a clutch replacement and they found my input shaft bearing had gone bad. Glad they diagnosed the actual problem instead of just what I asked them to fix. $2900 later Im back on the road driving like a maniac again.

Called the day before, was told to bring my car in that morning, dropped it off and later that day fixed and ready to go!

Ive had my GMC back for about a week after they fixed it, and it runs just like the day I bought it, they did a great job, i would definitely recommend this shop if your having transmission problems.

Bad service rude management requires special attention

We gave them a 4 star because our first experience with them was very pleasant. About a couple of months our van transmission went out again so we took it back on the warranty. They honored their warranty; however, they were not as pleasant. But they did apologize to my husband and me which we did appreciate. I would refer them to others because they are very good and knowledgable at what they do and they honor their warranties, which is a big plus.

Update to response from owner this is exactly where I took my car, what this let me know is that you guys do this to a lot of people, what a shame you guys are a transmission shop and should let consumers know an estimate of prices on transmission work and not hold their car hostage and force to pay high prices, all I know is a very expensive lesson learned.THE WORST! expensive is not the word for this place, I took my car here because my transmission went bad I called them several times before bringing my car there and never received a quote I was just told to bring my car in. After bringing my car in and waiting for an estimated I was told that they will rebuild my transmission for $3000 and needless to say I was unhappy with that price so I told them that I was not okay with that price, I will take my car elsewhere and was told that I would have to pay $1900 to get my car out and it will not be running due to the fact that they will not put my transmission back in mind you I drove my car there, so unwillingly I paid for the rebuild of my trans and I will never go here again.

Ricky was great. My transmission is fixed and everything seems good so far. Great communication. Was very patient and answered all of my questions. If something else needs to be repaired in the future I would return.

I was having a pretty bad problem with my 2009 Toyota Corolla’s automatic transmission shifting properly. I live nearby so walked in to Mr. Transmission and described the problem to the owner’s son (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name). He listened to everything that I had to say about how my car was shifting and also asked a few questions. He fit me in that same day, called me later with a free quote, and had my car fixed the very next day. It’s been nearly a year and my car is still shifting like butter since I had it serviced here. I felt the pricing was very fair given how expensive transmission repairs can be. In my particular situation I had a spring come lose inside of my transmission...how they found it I have no idea, but I’m very grateful to their quick, convenient, and reliable service.

Quick service but you better have money saved up because it costs. They fixed my transmission, engine mount and axel and it cost about $2,400. If you need your car for work go to them because they do get the job done.

This guy Ricky is terrible. This idiot wants to charge me 795 just to take the transmission apart. This guy is nothin but a crook!!
