I cant say enough good things about this place and Alex himself. First time I took my car to him I left it 1.5 blocks down the street because it died, I offered to move it but he said it was no problem that him and his guys would get it. He called me by end of day with the problem and reasonable price and it was ready to pick up the next morning.Recently, I was hearing an odd sound (although I did not know if it was just me) and I again took it to him. He took the day to look at it and when I called to ask he asked me for more info about the sound I thought I heard so he can take a better look, in the end it was nothing and he did not charge me for the time he took to check my car! He informed me about a part that needed to be replaced (unrelated to issue I thought it had) but thats it.Ive never met a mechanic as honest and awesome as this. HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be going back.Updated: 1/9/2019I have stopped going to this mechanic because every time I take my car it is a mission to get a timely answer. I have to call repeatedly, hunting down the right person and when I pick up my car they no longer take the time to explain what was wrong and what they did. Last time I was there I felt as if they were trying to avoid me. I do not think they do bad work but I have decided to keep them in mind as a reliable source if I ever need them in an emergency.

After having a terrible experience by our last mechanic who said we needed to replace our whole engine, that is when we decided to have a second opinion. Alex fixed our problem quickly and efficiently, which by the way had nothing to do with changing the whole engine at all, and I must say...for a very fair price! Totally recommendable!

My dad went here to fix his van couples of time and they were a great auto repair shop doing an excellent job. The price was affordable.

So they replaced a lower ball joint and a CV axle. Now, I am happy that they did it for a pretty low price, but I am just stunned that they did not offer front end wheel alignment which is very crucial when replacing front end components. I mean it is really out of whack and I think they could have at least eyeballed it. On the trip home everytime I hit a bump the car felt VERY squirrely. Now they did tell me when I picked it up that I will need to get a front-end alignment, but I just think its crazy that they didnt eyeball it just a little bit, because its sooooo far out of whack you can easily see it by looking at one wheel compared to the other with one wheel straight the other is totally off. I would say that it is off by at least an inch possibly a little bit over that.Now Im happy that these folks helped me out in a bind, but I would greatly encourage them to learn some front-end alignment skills so that they can at least get a car roadworthy when replacing these types of components so that someone doesnt drive off the lot with a wheel thats almost over an inch off.Im not asking them to actually offer front end alignment service but they should at least know well enough to eyeball it when reinstalling alignment altering components.

I heard about Alex from a buddy at work whos been going to him for YEARS. I went to a state farm accredited place on 35th, they wanted $925. Alex took one look at it and felt bad charging me $125. This man is a saint! Ill never go anywhere else.
