She never returned my phone calls and when she did manage to pick up the phone after countless emails and voicemails, she acted inconvenienced to do her job, as if opening a new policy was an annoyance. Ive had several policies be canceled due to her oversights and it took me calling corporate to get a clear answer as to why. Highly recomend finding a different agent in the area who is actually responsive and helpful.

I dont know how many calls/emails went unanswered before I had to go into the physical office to get some simple changes made. Huge fan of StateFarm (been a customer for 10+ years), but would change my agent if I could.

I called them to try to get a copy of my policy that I need for our landlord/lease reasons. First off, the person that answered the phone sounded like they had me on an old flip phone in speakerphone mode in a wind tunnel. It was almost impossible to hear them. Second, they said it takes 2-3 weeks to get me a copy of my policy... What absolutely attrocious service. I am never using this office again.

I have been a SateFarm customer for 22 years and I can say this agent and her office is the only reason I chose to switch insurance carriers. Horrible customer service and I never once spoke with Tamika, the agent. Never once did the office call for an insurance checkup, something my old office did annually. When I was married, it took 4 calls and 8 months to add my wife (who was also a SF customer). They could not combine our coverage or contact information correctly, even after contacting them several times. Instead of fixing the issue, they blamed my wifes prior agent. Unacceptable customer service. Total disregard for the customer with no interest in retention. Took 2 cars, renters insurance and personal articles coverage to Geico. The best customer service I recieved in the years I spent with this agent occurred as I canceled my coverage. They completed the termination with one call.

If I could give less stars I would. Ive been a State Farm customer since my first day of driving over 10 years ago, and after a few months with Tamika Echols Im eagerly switching to Geico. Not even for the price difference, as I said Ive been with State Farm a long time and I dont like change. Tamika Echols and her staff are so utterly terrible I have to leave. It took over 7 phone calls just to switch my account to them from Michigan, despite my Michigan representative giving them all my information. Then they mislead me about the billing, and then they got bad. After calling in a claim (someone broke into my car) I got a call confirming my claim. Then not an hour later I got a call saying do you have an account with us? They didnt even know who I was, despite calling me earlier. Then they couldnt find me in the computer and then after two days figured out that they activated me in their billing (yes, I was still paying) but not my actual account. Then they were incredibly rude and hostile over the phone as if that was my fault.Im really sad to leave State Farm because its been my familys insurance for so long but this office is incompetent and worse, they dont care that they are. Avoid this place at all costs, go to the next State Farm, even if its further away, its worth it. Go anywhere but here unless you want to be treated poorly and forgotten by people who cant perform their job.**UPDATE**Upon seeing this review I was contact by this branch, and the literal first line of one of their emails read If you have nothing nice to say you shouldnt say anything at all. I do not know if this is State Farms official policy with regards to customer complaints or not, but I suspect not.In addition, my criticisms have been met with a highly uncomfortable religious response (ive been repeatedly told I will be prayed for and god should bless me) and have yet to receive contact information for someone higher up I might talk to so that other people might avoid this sort of thing.If anyone doubts this, as it does sound incredulous, id be happy to forward you all the emails ive received. Stay away from this place if you want service! (Conversely go here if you want drama).
