Dont even think about going into this State Farms office. Their insurance quotes are extremely high compared to what I got now. I saved over $500...yes $500 by switching to Allstate. I also got friendlier service and follow up calls from agents following my claims. This office never wants to be bothered by claims, so dont waste your $ and time at this office.

If. you put your name out you should greet your customers. Underhill sit in the back of office and is oblivious to any customer. Her staff is young and they try their best to help. The office is dated in its look showing the owner pocket s all profits. Just go to any state farm retailer it all the same. Shop around too they do give out high qoutes for auto and house insurance. Would not even trust them with any investments look at the piles of papers in office!!

Really dont call the office for much. I recieve their office correspondence by mail and its going fine. I did receive a phone call from Sylvia and she had looked into my policy and gave me a better discount then the initial start up. So needless to say thats a great job already. The staff was helpful and handled what I needed to get done the time I went into the office. I wasnt looking for special attention or to haggle on policy. Went in handled business and came right out. Good spot, helpful, friendly and thats good enough.
