I am currently in the market for a new home insurance agent. I have been with Chris for 3-4 years and the 2-3 times in those years that I have needed his help, he has been completely unresponsive and a ghost of an agent. If only I could get paid for not being present.
We have home and auto insurance from Allstate (Chris Mandolini), since 1992 with no issues. We are highly satisfied with their professional and outstanding customer service. We are greatly appreciated and would definitely recommend them.
Whenever I have needed clarification with a concern everyone has been very helpful.
Poor customer service and generally unresponsive. I have sent him three consecutive emails over the course of two weeks and have yet to get a reply of any sort.
