If you want car insurance that costs almost twice as much as Geico, tells you they’re about to cancel your coverage because you had the temerity to use the Emergency Roadside Assistance coverage that you’re paying them for, then sends you a bill for the coverage they said they were cancelling, then implies you were lying about actually having need of roadside assistance when you call them on the phone to ask why they are billing you for services THEY canceled, then sends you a letter about how they value your business and want you back after you cancel all your coverages in disgust... then please call Freddie Villacci

My family has been a client since 1998. Premiums are paid. No recent claims have had to be paid due to accidents. So how do we get rewarded???Dropped. Hows that for loyalty?! Thanks for valuable lesson, Freddi! What a shameless practice. What a disgrace and another sign of $ over people for these folks. Go elsewhere consumers. There is way too much competition out there with competetive premiums who would be willing to insure our vehicles.
