My wife and I met with Roy to discuss auto and condo insurance after Roy was recommended by one of our neighbors. Roy was very helpful in taking us through the process and we are now clients. Id like to take this opportunity to say that when I first logged into Google to write this review and I saw some of the other reviews that were not complimentary my first thought was that they cant possibly be talking about Roy who was pleasant, knowledgeable, very helpful and worthy of an excellent review.

Roy made it simple for me to get auto insurance and renters insurance and it didnt take long at all. Much better than I expected.

The difference between Roy alanis and a Wall, is that the wall does not take ur money, working with roy is basically working with a wall, you can tell them ur problems but in the end of the day, they wont do anything about it

We’ve had this insurance for almost 4 years we have full coverage for 2 vehicles we’ve never missed a payment and we’re enrolled in auto pay. We’ve never filed a claim we’re safe drivers and Instead of rewarding their customers by lowering rates they increase the rate every renewal!!! It goes up!! This is ridiculous. I tried talking to Roy Alanis and he was no help at all!! So we decided to go with State Farm . Same coverage for $50 less monthly!

Worst insurance company ever,keep rising rates with no accidents,auto bundles,auto pay!

This guy lies the same as he breatheshe is an irresponsible sellerIt sells you a policy with supposed discounts that later it takes away without warning and you end up paying more.

Please, do not make deals with this agent, he is a man who does not respect the client, he does not know how to do a procedure. He talks a lot and little help 😤😤😤😤
