Alton has a great team especially Edda who was took the time to go over our auto & homeowners policies in detail. Surprisingly enough, our premiums with SF ended up being much cheaper than Geico. Who would have thought? Awesome!

When I first signed up for the policy everyone was patient & nice. Everything seemed simple & easy. Called today to make my second payment & found out someone in the office had set up automatic payments on my account even though I did not sign the documents that were emailed over to me. The Representative was rude & very defensive. I felt like I was having a disagreement with someone at a bus stop. He told me if I didnt set up automatic payments I would have to pay two months payments for the next month. I asked for Alton he isnt available. Go somewhere else. I almost ditched State farm, then I remembered I could change agents.

Dont know whos fault is it but this agent is the one providing insurance from state farm to me and the only thing Ive been seeing is my rates going up but I had it when I opened the last statement and saw $43 increase a month, when I called the office the person who took my call was very prepotent giving me only excuses and blaming on me the increase even when I asked her to tell me how is that my fault when the only claims where in the other drivers fault. They claim to have better service and that thats what Im paying for but the truth is their costumer service is garbage.

Wow does this guy Alton know insurance! He answered every single question I asked of him and did so in such a way that I know that he knows what hes talking about and I double checked a few things to make sure hes right.

Not happy with this insurance service, they claim to have better service but it doesnt make any difference from the cheap companies, costumer service sucks big time.
