I called to get a quote and ended up being robbed.The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life .The sales rep LEO was very rude and had a bad attitude and to top it off she charged my card without my consent .Then said they didn’t know when I would get my refund.The manager was no help at all she didn’t know when I would get my refund which is usually 5-7 business days and stated she didn’t know if they had a recorded line to see how the conversation or transaction went .I would never recommend this place.If I could give no stars I would .
