I switched my auto insurance to Hemina a little over 10 years ago when my previous insurance agent wouldnt fight for me after a zip car, driven by someone without a license, hit me.. (Off the record they said they didnt want to go against corporate lawyers.) Since that time, I have switched not only my auto insurance to Hemina, but also my home and personal liability. Five years ago, when I started my own small business, Hemina was my savior as she explained the different types of coverages available. I truly believe she had my companys best interest in mind and not her commission numbers. She found me great rates on both General Liability and Technology Error & Omissions policies. Since switching to Hemina, I have had 1 homeowner and 2 auto claims. (None of them my fault.) State Farm paid quickly and without problems. Even better, no policy cancelations and premiums didnt increase.

We have used this Agent since we moved to Chicago, almost 3 years ago, for our homeowners and car insurance and have always been very pleased with the service and attention to detail. Everyone in the office, either answers our calls or calls us back very quickly, everyone is very knowledgeable and they understand all the questions and concerns we raise. It is refreshing to find such good customer service nowadays!

They are expensive. I told them to stop bothering me and they wont quit. They are pests and I will never do business with people who pester me like they do. Its like an infection that wont go away

Hemina Patel and co. are wonderful! We switched to her after moving to Chicago from out of state. She made a point to bring my husband and me into the office just so we could chat, get to know her, and review our current policies to see what we needed from our insurance carrier. They could have very easily written the policies out, had us E-sign and never met us, but Hemina cared to get to know our family. She has always followed up promptly when she said she would and is great about explaining different policies. Love State Farm and love working with Hemina!

I have been working with Hemina since I moved to my first apartment in 2004. Since then she has been there for us every step of the way: renters, home, auto and life insurance is all through her. And recently when we had a claim with the car, she responded within an hour and answered all our little questions. We hope to be working with her for many years to come and have enjoyed the last fifteen years.
