While shopping for auto insurance quotes I need called AllState. Shawn(I hope I spelled her name correctly), was the call representative that I spoke with. She explained very carefully the details of what my auto policy would include. Even after my repetitive questions about information covered(a lot of information for an seasoned mind to remember) she did not become annoyed and reassured me that I was fine with questions. She even explained other discounts that would offer lower rates on my policy. I feel very confident that no misinformation was given to simply make a sale; as I have previously experienced with other insurance companies. I’ll see how this goes.Thanks guys/gals !

What a great experience! Contacted State Farm to see if they could provide full coverage insurance on a vehicle with a salvage/ rebuilt title as my current provider and many others that I had contacted absolutely would not. I spoke with Susan and she helped me bundle my current vehicle and the vehicle I was purchasing. She quoted me a price for the bundle that saved me money, with the insurance being 50/100 on both vehicles. My payment is $50 more for two vehicles than I was paying for one vehicle. Susan helped me even more by attempting to apply every discount that was available to me. She made the process very easy and my insurance was in effect immediately. She explained everything to me in detail. I will be in touch with her again soon regarding quotes on my commercial policies. Theyre quick, efficient, professional and offer the best rates for all your needs ( mine was car and renters insurance). Great rates! They beat every other quote I tried. My rates went way up with Geico after a speeding ticket, but State Farm didnt raise nearly as high. Good service, although after receiving the quote, they called me everyday to check if I had made a decision, which was a little overkill in my opinion. So far, all is good!
