John Coren is my State Farm agent, and he is so responsive, efficient, professional and personable, I cant imagine ever changing carriers or agents. After a recent minor accident, which unfortunately rendered my beloved car a total loss, John has been quick to address my needs from suspending coverage while I didnt have wheels, updating my coverage as needed, and most importantly...making sure I was okay and laughing a little with me about all of it. Good experience. Didnt file any accident claims but had a dead battery incident and state farm was prompt in sending a tow truck. Local agent John Coren was very responsive. Only gripe is that my rates didnt go down in all my time with them, no loyalty benefits. If anything it went up by a few bucks even though I moved from the city to suburb. Moving to a different provider because i got significantly reduced quotes from other providers for same/comparable coverage.
