I’m not even sure why am giving him one star. This is probably the worst agent I have ever dealt with. They never return phone calls, they made changes to my policy based on a refinance lender without my permission. I did an auto loan with them which was a complete disaster so much so that I ended up just paying the loan off and calling it a day. The ironic part is I can’t even cancel my policy because the agent won’t return my messages statefarm tells me I have to go through the agent. Statefarm you need to really rethink customer service. I do not recommend this agent

Ive never been there. I think the Google map has been off by about 20 yards today. That being said I was not attacked by zombie real estate agents, so I rate this place as being a zombie-free zone.

My agent is Margaret and I couldn’t be happier with the service she’s been providing me and my family, for both of my cars and our town-home. She’s always prompt and helpful.End of last year, right before Christmas, I had a water heater leak that caused pretty severe damage in the laundry room and kitchen right below it. Margaret was there to help, she walked me through the process, recommended local water restoration company, got me in touch with an estimator that showed up within a day and in no time, everything got fixed and taken care of, so we could have our Christmas Eve dinner.If you’re in a search of a great agent, look no more, she’s the best.

I have been a customer of Mark Mackeys State Farm office for longer than I can remember. Initially, I took out an auto policy, but over the years, they have helped me with my renters and condo insurance coverage as well. Over time, Ive dealt with a number of agents within the office, but Margaret is the best! She has been my go to person every time I need new coverage or in need of amending my current policies. She is quick to respond to calls or emails and is also very thorough - recently, when requesting to change my address on my renters policy, she made the effort to reach out and inform me that I could increase my coverages for no change in premium. How many places do that?? Again, Mark Mackeys office is a great place for your insurance needs. I highly recommend them.

Never again would I deal with this insurance company had all my cars and my renters from them. My wife canceled are policy we called and told them not to proceed with taking my payment out. Kim told my wife not to worry the payment will not be taken from my account. Well guess what they took it now when I’m trying to get it back it’s over a week still have yet to receive my money back. They also said they couldn’t stop the payment either. Thats a lie we both work with banks and insurance company’s all day and proces refunds no problem. And to top it off they told me I would be Getting a refund for the full amount taken now all of a sudden they want to prorate it and only send me back a little more than half. for a week they’ve been telling my wife that we would get the whole amount back. And then when you ask them why they told her that they won’t give you any answer. like I said to them over 7years never missed a payment. but they bin giving me the run around for over a week. myself and a few of my family members will not be doing business with them ever again horrible customer service
