Very, very bad service. Lying about policy cost and changing it on you like no big deal.Weve had home insurance with this office for 13 years, it was ok, nothing fenomenal (isnt that what we are paying for?). Well we made a big mistake when desided to add 3 cars and a trailer to make it a bundle. For 2 month Kaneesha couldnt get it straight, lenders were threatening to fine us for insurance issues. (or VIN is incorrect, or paperwork doesnt show in the system as insured, 3-4 times some kind of mistakes). After endless amount of calls we though its finally all done. Nope. Checking my credit card statement (insurance was set for autopay, big mistake) and see that State farm charged at $30 more than was supposed to (keep in mind, we just signed our contract a month ago (after run around for 2 months). So we call the office, Kaneesha no longer works there and Naeli or even Cynthia will check and see why did it go up in just 1 month. its been 10 days, still no resolution. We work and dont have time to be going back and fourth million times. I call them leave a VM that need to know whats going on. They call back when I am at work obviesly and leave me a voice message that they tried reaching me. Dont leave me stupid VM about the fact that you called me, so we can keep playing tag, just leave me a voice message on whats the issue and what did you do to resolve it. My bad to have it on autopay, will never make this mistake again. They seem to not have enough staff to attent issues and they only keep busy selling new policies.
