It is with sincere pleasure that I write this review! Kim and Debra are two of the most impressively professional and capable insurance agents with whom I have ever worked. In fact, they’ve impressed many besides myself. You see, I am a referral to them. My elderly friend was a client with them for years and I moved over to them after over a decade with Allstate based on her experience. I have been nothing but glad that I did. In fact, I’ve been such a satisfied client that I personally signed my goddaughter on with them for her car insurance needs. I can personally attest that they are capable with the elderly (my friend), the middle aged (myself) and the newly independent (my goddaughter). The worst agent. stay away from her. She canceled ny home insurance policy after 20 years of business because state farm had to replace my roof. I looked it up & I paid over $56,000 to them & they cancel my policy for a $9,000 payout. insane. they did not even notify me my letter. email or phone. I found out AFTER my policy lapsed from my mortgage company so I had an uninsured house for 2 weeks thanks to Janice. She simply is terrible.

Finding the right insurance agent can be very stressful and overwhelming. Fortunately, I was able to find such a caring agent and team to assist with the process. I have been a longtime customer and the experience has been professional and courteous. Whenever, I have any concerns or questions, there is always a representative available to explain things. I have been with Janice for 20 years and I receive offers every week to change my insurance policies but I immediately toss them in the trash because I have received nothing but the best treatment from State Farm, Janice, and especially her assistant, Kim Hong, who has gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count. I have had several claims and every time they have handled my claims quickly and without making me jump through the hoops that my friends with other insurers have had to jump through. I initially purchased a renters insurance policy through State Farm with the intention of adding auto insurance at a later date. Once my husband and I started looking at auto/renters bundled quotes, we ultimately decided to go with another provider purely on cost alone. However, my experience with State Farm was wonderful throughout the whole process. I worked with Kim and she was incredibly helpful in providing us with updated quotes, comparing quotes side by side, and being open about what State Farm has to offer. 99% of my experience is with Kim Hong who is the office manager. On a customer service scale of 1-10, with 10 being excellent, Kim is a 10+.

Part of my family for 13 years! This is my longest-running relationship of any kind outside of my blood relatives, and through the years I have had nothing but a warm, fuzzy feeling from and an honest business relationship with this office. Kim and Michelle (who sadly is no longer there) are the best business partners I have had the pleasure of dealing with, and they have looked out for my interests since 2005. The relationship is worth to me more than a couple of bucks here and there, and the State Farm reputation is a huge bonus for me. State Farm in particular had my back during two accidents back in 2009 (I was hit by an unlicensed driver and by a car that spun out on a snowy road, respectively), and replaced or fixed my cars in a New York minute. Do yourself a favor and check State Farm and this office in particular - you will be glad you did!
