Ive been having this insurance for over a year already and felicia is just an angel I love her warm greetings when she answers the phone. Its always a great experience when I try to make a payment It takes mins and its never a problem or delay on their end. I feel very comfortable with just ringing her up and talking to her with any concerns regarding my policy. And for someone that isnt well inform regarding policies it feels nice to have someone like her to explain and go over things with you.
