I have called this insurance agency numerous times.. 30 to be exact, left several messages no answer!!!! What type of business are they running...Definitely do not recommend them.

I called to make my car insurance payment. the women who answered was so rude and didnt want to help me in any way. I asked for her name and she said she wasnt gonna give it to me and she hang up. I just dont know how the hire people like this. they have poor customer service. she was so rude

Best insurance agency in town. From the owners all the way down to the support staff, everyone is extremely attentive to my needs and thorough when explaining and helping me understand my options. I have a tendency to shop around for great deals and haggle when necessary. The Tenorios remove the need to do so and run a tight-nit, top-notch shop. Had to file complaint to lisa madigan and state farm corp due to false allegation !

Absolutely horrible customer service! Attempted to call several times over a week for assistance, left multiple voicemails, and no responses. They don’t seem to care about assisting their clients, they don’t seem interested in actually doing their job apparently. I went ahead and switched State Farm agents, I’m so glad I did! I recommend others doing the same if you’ve been experiencing similar service.
