After hours of calling over 15 insurance agencies for a good rate I didnt find anything affordable until I came across Hanway. When they say theyre competitive in rates they really mean it. The process of getting insurance was quick. The manager Sam was very helpful and detailed with all the coverages. Lastly, I got a good full coverage insurance rate on a new vehicle although I was under age 25 at a price I can afford. GREAT AGENCY CANT BEAT IT!!!

First of all it seemed like it was a good place but,,, they haven’t fixed our issue. We are supposed to get a refund due to a mix up when we signed up. They never fixed the issue it’s only supposed to be me and my partner on the the policy and they added my son. Cindy Guerrero who is the manager keeps telling she is going to call me back and never does, 3 times already.

They will only save you money for the moment, but once you get into an accident they will give you every excuse not to cover you. They simply wash their hands and close your case. Look for insurances that will charge you $20 more but that are totally worth it.

For the most part i always been taking care of still use them today and for the last five years like every company there will always be minor technicalities every once in a great while but never anything that cant be fixed in minutes I definitely recommend this company if your not looking to pay overrated prices on car insurance

Its a shame that people are losing customer service skills, the lady that helped me was only doing her job and thats it, not trying to make me feel comfortable in any way, she didnt explain what my coverage or what it consisted of, it was awkwardness and it felt like pulling nails.

Offering the same service that Google accomplishes is not helpful and a complete waste of time.

I had enough errors in my policy and they charged me an extra month, when I had already paid for 6 months and 8 times I made that claim and they did not refund my money they took it as a credit for a month, they call like 4 or 7 times a day to remember the payment, and they told me that to change with them, they were going to reimburse the cost of the previous insurance that I had, then they told me that they do not.I called many times for my policy and they did not answer me I went to the office and the girl from the first desk answered me after I finished writing a txt for the what up. and while he was attending me, he was still texting.For all. This better look for other options Why is it a Personal Insurance that is worth the clients mothers
