So i was looking for car insurance and i saw united auto insurance with 4.4 stars i was mmm thats not bad, but when i receive my card policy it was american alliance, they have 1 star, dont ever choose UAI im still waiting for my refund, i got geico, im paying $20 more a month but is worth it,

This agency is under written by American Freedom Insurance. They have a history of closing claims, not responding and stealing your car if you have an accident and file a claim. You can check them out on the BBB website and see they have a 1.3 rating. You’ll be seeing them on American Greed at some point I’m sure.

I am 23 and have never opened up a policy on my own. Previously I was will a major insurance company that was charging me about triple the cost for minimum coverage. Denise not only used her knowledge but true concern to make sure that I was well informed of my future policy and making sure I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged. Denise did not have to care, and it speaks volumes about a company who hold their employees to standards with customer service. Incredibly thankful for Denise and United Auto. I can confidently say that I feel supported by my car insurance provider and with someone like Denise behind the company... it’s hard to understand why people would obtain their (car) insurance through any other provider. I might be paying for insurance on my vehicle but it’s nice to know that the company also gives a damn about the people purchasing

My grandson chose United Auto Insurance. He have had the misfortune of 3 accidents which none was has fault. All claims were settled by UAI and he was not dropped. You dont know how good an insurance company is until you have to file a claim. I would recommend UAI. Excellent service.

Called UAI, got a quote, 4+ stars. Insurance company I actually got wasnt UAI, it had 1.5 stars. Got in an accident, dash cam shows the person pulling out in front of me, as I went to pass in a passing area, driver without signaling made a left turn. I had to find my own 2013 Chrysler 300 to get it towed to their preferred shop, they said theyll fix it, then deemed it totaled. I sent the dash cam footage to both companies. My company kept saying they had the wrong number to reach me, other company said I didnt have the correct claim number to view the video.

One of the only companies out there that charges you transaction fees for any sort of online or phone payment.The only way to make a payment without having to pay a transaction fee is via hard mail or driving to their office.While most companies eat that transaction cost, they pass it on to customers.

I am extremely disappointed in their services. While I appreciate getting an affordable rate, what I do not appreciate is the lack of quality of the third party insurance they broker out to. If you purchase insurance through them, hope that you never actually need to use the insurance as it is worthless. I have requested a call back from United Auto Insurance from a manager or supervisor three times now and have yet to receive a call back to discuss my experience and to receive some help. It has been three weeks. Spend the extra hundred bucks and go with a reputable insurance company who responds to calls and emails and actually values customers and services them! UIA takes your money and then wipes their hands clean of you!

My policy with United Auto was expiring. So, I began shopping around for the best quote possible. After shopping around for the best quote possible, I renewed my auto insurance policy with United Auto Insurance (UAI) on January 7th. After reviewing the details of my policy as well as receiving better quotes and more questions answered by other insurance companies, I decided to cancel my policy. On January 14th, I had contacted them by email to cancel my policy due to me starting a new policy with a different auto insurance company, but it was the correct email. So, I contacted them by phone to retrieve the correct email address to do so. On January 15th, the insurance agent from the new insurance company who I was working with contacted UAI on my behalf to cancel the policy, but they gave him a hard time. Since I was ccd in the email, I replied and stated that wanted the policy to be canceled immediately. Anna from UAI contacted me by phone and made it very hard for me to cancel the policy by demanding a physical signature from me when they had a digitalized signature from me when I renewed the policy. She was trying to retain my business, but I wasnt buying it. And When I mentioned legal action, she stated Is that a threat. Later that same day, I received a phone call from Teresa (manager) from UAI. When I shared what took place earlier that day, she apologized for the experience and she sent an email that requested my digitalized signature for the cancellation. I provided the signature and sent the document back. On January 28th, I contacted UAI about my refund because I never got my money back. The rep stated that Teresa had left for the day, took my message, and stated that she would be in the following day from 9am-5pm. I called the following morning, on January 29th, but after being on hold for more than 10 minutes without being updated, Teresa was unable to speak at that moment, but I was informed that she would give me a call back. Later that afternoon before 4:40pm, I called again since I had not received a call from her, but the rep stated that Teresa had left for the day and stated that I can try again on Monday. As angry as I was, I stated that I would just leave a review about them. To this day, I have not heard back from Teresa or anyone from UAI. And I never got my money back even though the policy was canceled like I requested as of January 15th. Just dont choose United Auto Insurance. Youll be disappointed when the time comes to file a claim or if you want a refund.

What A Shame on a Name..!!We brought the insurance from this company in 2018 I believe moving from All states, we thought these people are providing cheap rates (the biggest mistake we did). But as we saw the name United Auto insurance (Sounds like a Brand) & We saw reviews (obviously they are paying to remove bad reviews) and decided to give a try.But like 90% people in the world we didn’t read the Terms & Conditions before signing the papers.This company gave us an insurance provider which is so bad that you can figure out by the Name: American Alliance Casualty Company (y’all can check their reviews). And we found it later when we had a misfortune 2 weeks back where our car got stuck in water in subdivision & engine got failed to start. We called this people and that moment they asked us to call American Alliance. ok we did that they took our statement & later decided to totaled the car.when we tried to call American alliance, they weren’t answering our calls & kept us waiting for more than hour all the time.So thought to give a try to United Auto Insurance as a parent company i was hoping a little help from their side that at least we can get someone to reach to American alliance asking for status of our claim.But this united people are like we do not have any records of your claims and you need to deal with American alliance because we just sell insurance.And now after 2 weeks they are sending me renewal of insurance notice. What you guys are gonna insure? When I do not even have vehicle with me. at least have courtesy to reach out to your customers so that they will never feel that they made a mistake choosing u which they already did.Definitely a Cheap Insurance so their Company.

United Auto insurance have been my agent since 2018. June 15, 2020, I had a hit and run accident. The policy they sold me is worthless! I was told by their scam insurance company, that they only want to pay $233 dollars over my deductible for my automobile repair. Its too late for me,but I want to warn any potential customers to stay away from this unethical company. They just want to collect and keep your money! They do not care about their customers! You are just fine, until you have an accident. Then, you will see why I gave United Insurance this review.You have been warned!!!!

Where should I start?Some one help me.After many tempts (they hung up the phone many times) to contact them, the best Glenda could do was to get my info and pas it on to her (the rep).Fed up with them, after many calls, I asked for a supervisor. Poor customer service, I was told there was no manager available repeatedly. Then miraculously a manager was available. Seems like they are in need of staff training. Or staff replacement entirely. After this experience with this company I will no longer do business with them and highly recommend going elsewhere to find insurance. This is a third party insurance broker. Cut the middleman out.

Please DONOT buy this insurance. They have been sending me renewal notices every 2nd day but never sent me policy document and/or ID card. I requested them to mail me copy of ID card many times and after multiple follow-up, I didnt receive it yet.The support staff is absolutely un-professional and never apologize for any delay.Despite of multiple requests to send policy document, I never received one. During pandemic I have struggling hard to get a print of insurance.I made a payment online 5 days prior to renewal and all I get is that the actual insurance company is reviewing document and will take 2-3 weeks to send the document. Its a SCAM. Do not go buy there price, they are cheap in price and SERVICES TOO.

What a scam.They obviously pay to have poor reviews removed.Here’s my story so everyone else can avoid this place.I get a quote for a 6 month policy. It’s obviously far cheaper to pay it all up front.I pay the $297 in total and accept the terms and conditions. A month goes by and I get a bill in the mail for $61, saying that’s still owed. I would have paid the entire thing upfront. Who puts down 5/6ths of the amount?And then to boot, they send an additional contract that needs to be signed with ridiculous terms and conditions, which I wouldn’t have put the payment in full if they made these obvious from the start. I’m disputing it with my bank as a false charge.The place is scum.
