Nancy is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE SPOKEN over the phone with in a long time, she is not helpful, she is very much rude and she hung up the phone on me, she should not be working in customer service with an attitude like hers. :-(

They are great I have my car insurance and my mom has life house and car and I have to say that they are very professional we had a water pipe broken in our house and everything got wet and ruined from electronics, walls, furniture, and they did a great job taking care of the hole proses we called at 3am for the emergency and they send a company (servpro) to start replacing everything it was ruined. they sent a agent to see what happen they paid hotel for about 3 months and paid everything that was ruined process was great no issues at all. The people at the office are very respectful they answer all of your questions and give you the right advice without trying to charge you more that look all ways to give you the best discount depending your personal living.

Seems this is a frequent issue with customer service being bad serice. Never asked to see a doctor or anything for Life Insurance. Very shady, printed papers and wanted me to sign and pay all up front. Told me if I wanted the deal, I had to pay all up front the first year. Said, I could not pay monthly because of a special deal. What a special deal with life insurance, this woman was shady. This place is pocketing money. This agency right. Beware of that Anna con artist!

Very aggravated with this insurance company and this lady that works here. I see she has a couple complaints already and she is what she is and that is a bad person. She will tell you what you want to hear and not provide what you want with insurance plan. Wanted life insurance and she signed me up fast to get to the next person and she wanted me yo sign papers and set up payment. Wait dont you have to ask me medical questions or send me to a doctor for evaluation, I asked. She said, Oh, yea and said she is very busy. I stood up angry and said, you dont care about me and said how can you insure me if you dont complete your job with me correctly? She looked at me and said nothing. I stated hello, I asked a question. She did nothing and I walked out of the place. So, did one family and one woman and we all talked outside about her ignorance. State Farm lost my business and this place is not good.

Lets start out that everyone becareful when stepping into this location for insurance because the Agent called Ana is very quick with her actions and does not take time to explain paperwork. She does not read items that she is providing to a customer. Thus, I stated several times this is not what I wanted. Horrible customer service in every way. Seemed there was a mental barrior because she was not comprehending what I was cleary wanting. Beware because you may not be provided the coverage you need. And, you may not be covered. I left without purchase. Beware. Ana is a very bad employee and should not be able to work in a position like this. This is dealing with peoples lives, property etc. Seems she is all about the sale and not there for the customer and their needs. Very scary because if this happened with me it has happened to many others. Check your policy people as I went to another company and they lost for accounts I was gonnga creat for my family
