My first time with state farm and i can honestly say they value our time and make sure you get what you need at the best price. I switched to state farm and pay lower and have better coverage. He helped me save money on my car insurance and he explained to me the different life insurance policies that I didnt even know it exited. He takes his time to teach you about the plans that you can possibly get and he even shows you numbers if youre a visual person. Worst insurance representative, had an accident and Angelica NEVER helped me with anything. It was either speak to other staff members or she was out of the office. She NEVER answered my calls. A year later and Im still fighting my claim 😡 super unprofessional. They do not like you telling them youre not being helped because theyll cut you off and hang up on you. I hope to he done with this to change insurance companies

Angelica the agent is available to soeak with if something is not clear. i love that she is available for me. her tem is knowledgeable and reliable. her office has ample parking. i recently discovered that state farm also provide bank itens like loans for car and home as well as bank accounts. i recently had a baby and when i added some insurance to my policies Angelica came to my home so i wouldnt have to leave my home. she rocks.
