Smaller shop with a family owned vibe. You get treated as you’re part of the family throughout the whole process. Body work came out flawless and paint matched perfectly even though it was hard three stage red to match. Stephanie was very polite and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They made a negative (accident) into a positive by getting my car done in a timely manner and brought my car back to the way it was before.

Not happy..they dont return calls, wanting for a replacement part thst was suppose to be all ready and have not heard from them,different paint on the part of the car, sensor for trunk, chasing them to call bqck..

Great communication throughout the process. Replaced parts look great and paint is well matched. Completed the job sooner than originally projected and I was able to pick up before the weekend.

Had problem replacing my fobs and cylinders with new keys. He worked on it for 4 months. And I had to go to the dealership. four months. I dont think I can go back.

They seem to do a decent job with newer vehicles but when my father dropped off a front hood for 84 Corvette their computer couldn’t generate paint color not to mention the actual mixing of the color. The color came out totally different than the original, plus the clear coat was coming off a week after it was painted?The owner denied any corrections and did not offer any money back. All in all horrible work. Do Not recommend.

Looked up ABRA Auto Body they were recommended by my insurance company, so I took my car there to be fixed, receptionist was very helpful and very knowledgeable in the day to day operations of the body shop, she answered all my questions that I had. I felt very comfortable leaving my car there to be worked on. Will update you on the out come .

Nice place, they comunícate very well with their customers. Offer Rental Car. Easy to find and good lot size. The only reason that I dont give them 5 stars is because first they took a long time to fix my car. (Almost 3 weeks after they said it would only take 1 week. And then when I picked up my car I noticed that one of my school text books was missing. They did pay for it but it took them almost 2 weeks to finally take responsibility & pay me.

Worst auto body shop Ive ever been to. Dont trust them.Five months later Im still dealing with problems. They didnt wire my right passenger door right and had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. They didnt do an alignment on my car after I was T-boned by a State Farm driver. Their mechanic removed the panic button from my Volkswagen key and they also didnt fix the gas cap correctly and now its triggering the check engine light.
