I had my car hit while parked and sent it to Gerber on the recommendation of my insurance. Worst mistake ever. It took them 8 weeks to complete the job. The car literally sat for at least 6 weeks before the actually began any considerable work. The pictures show the initial damage. What the car looked like 6 weeks later and the finished product. Note that they put additional scratches on the body and didnt address the damage done to my rear caliper.

I dont know what happened with Gerber Collision but they will never service me again. I waited six weeks for an inspection and then they wanted for me to wait another possible six weeks to repair my SUV. On top of that, they had the gull to call me and leave message to return they call. Sure, I will call in six weeks to let you know I going to another company altogether.

My overall experience was pleasant, thanks to the estimator and administrative assistant. I would use them again. Meanwhile, refer family and friends.

This shop is the best out there! I’m incredibly surprised by how professional and ethic the staff was. Manager and George were a little inconsistent with the information provided but what won my 5 stars was the body work especially how great the paint look. The paint was color matched perfect. I’m greatly satisfied. I recommend it 100% especially is you need body and paint work.

They did a jump cable in the fuse box and now every time i turn on the truck someone have to hold the wire down, now i will take my truck to a difermt shop and paying out of my pocket

The Customer Service was Excellent and I was very impressed with the quality of service that was shown in this office and the Professionalism that was provided with me as a customer.

This Gerber location is extremely unprofessional and will not take the time to fix an issue caused by Gerber work done on my car. They will come up with new rules and in accurate information about a vehicle to make sure they customer is misled. They will not take your vehicle if they are not making any money from the repair. Stay away espe illy the female manager. She tried to provide me in accurate information to mislead me. I will be contacting corporate office to make sure a complaint is filed against them.

George was great. Service was fast unexspecantly. Clean.

I took my car in for an estimate on how much to fix a small scratch they wanted $850. I couldnt believe.

I am happy with the work at was done to my vehicle. After the appointment they sat down with with and gave me a After me estimate on what it would cost. They let me know that it would be about 4 days depending on what time I bring my car in. Once my car was at the shop, they gave me a call to let me know how the job was going and that they should be finish soon then they quoted. When my car was finished, I went to pick it up. They had washed and vacuum my car out. The customer service i received from day one was spot on.

Excellent body repair even made my car have the new car smell again.

I called to send my tesla for bodywork asap. The man that answered the phone was indifferent and sounded unprofessional. I called insurance and am having my car sent to gold coast auto body shop instead. You lost my confidence on a simple phonecall. Maybe youll do better next time.

I am grateful for the excellent job the team did on my Jeep Wrangler. It only took a couple days to fix my rear bumper and throughout the time it was at the shop i was aware of everything through their daily amazing customer service phone calls or via text message. I was soo pleased with the service they went an extra mile and return my truck washed and clean. Thank you soo much!Recommend!
