Art A Plus Auto Detail is by far one of the best shops ive been too. It has corrected a lot of mistakes and imperfections done by various of detail shops i took my vehicle too and yes vehicles are not always perfect especially BLACK color vehicle which are real hard o maintain but after coming out of his shop 80% of the imperfections were gone... my vehicle has a nice shine on and i plan to get my vehicles detailed here on future use thank you art and you team for taking care of my vehicle and having an excellent customer service which is also a plus

So a couple of weeks ago I scheduled an appointment to have window tinting completed on my entire car. Today was my schedule appointment date with the auto shop. All I can say is “ Oh My God” I see why the reviews were 4.9 stars... Art and the team were amazing with everything from start to finish. I took my van to get detailed work done and OMG! They did an excellent job. I have 5 kids that were careless about my vehicle 😓😓 but thanks to these guys at the shop they made it look brand new! Had my RS5 paint corrected at A Plus Auto Detail. Art made my car looks better than ever. They are one of the few places where you can get paint correction done in Chicago area, and obviously they know how to get it done right. Price is really reasonable and they only took a day. This is a rare company that truly understands customer service. Heres an unusual story:We had a bit of a mold issue with our car, and took it in to A Plus Auto Detail to get it fully detailed. Service was excellent! Manny did a great job on our car and it looks like its fresh from the dealership. Lucy, who coordinated everything, was super friendly and professional from setting up the appointment to taking our payment and making sure we were happy.I had a bit of mishap while we were there: I lost my wedding band down a storm drain inside A Pluss garage! I figured it was a lost cause trying to retrieve it, so we just went home. Manny told the managers what happened, and they spent 3 hours going through the contents of the drain, filling up 4 buckets of gunk to find my ring.They didnt have any luck, unfortunately, but they still went way above and beyond what anyone would reasonably expect! Given they put that much time and effort into recovering a ring for a customer they didnt know, I think it speaks volumes to their whole approach with customer service.A Pluss location isnt exactly convenient for us, but well definitely be back next time we need our car detailed! What an amazing and hard-working crew.

Brought in my 01 Camry that has never had any kind of paint correction or anything more than a quick vacuum on the inside. When I got my car back it was night and day the difference these guys made!! They took great care of everything and left my 20 year old car spotless and looking brand new . Definitely will be returning for all future detailing needs with my cars.

I was very nervous about getting my car buffed, because in the past I had got it detailed at the dealership, and they had left holograms and swirl marks all over the car since its black it showed really bad and my parents were upset. I dont really have time to ever write reviews, but I fell this one was needed! I did alot of calling around before I called Art, and after speaking with him I was sold. not only did he remove all the small scratches on my car, but he was also able to remove the holograms witch were installed by the dealer last year. The interior was nice and shiny and everything seemed too look brand new. Also Art walked me over the whole car and explained what they did and was making sure I was happy with my car before I left, I plan to take my car there ounce or twice a month for them to wash it really well by hand. Quality, Service, and being honest and reasonable made this a happy experience. Im going to add a picture of my hood that the detailer took to show the difference 50/50. the difference is unbelievable Its a hidden gem didnt even know they detailed here!

5 STAR Auto Detailing! I need to stress that this place isnt your typical quick wash and wax stop. They did an EXCELLENT job on the interior of my 1995 Mercedes-Benz! An afternoon interior detail really renewed that luxurious and classic feel that this old car deserves. They were able to accommodate me on a Saturday by appointment. Highly recommended, price was well worth it and employees are respectful of your vehicle.

My Audi was in need of a paint correction as it was ruined by a home car wash. I had circles all over my truck due to the type of sponge that was used. Gloss was gone and paint was dull around circles. Found this place online and reviews were great so I decided to check them out. Art was very friendly, knowledgeable and was able to take my car the next day. When the car was picked it up it looked completely brand new! I thought the paint on my truck was ruined and even considered a whole new paint job. Thats how bad it was but Art definitely saved my truck and I will reccomend his services and will return to him for all my car detailing needs!

Just fantastic experience all around. Art took my initial call after hours and they waited with a smile when I was late to pick up. Just got interior done and it was immaculate, Ill never know how they made years of dog hair dissappear from the back seat but it was CSI levels of clean when I got it back. Highly recommend.

I usually just run through a gas station car wash, or Ill spend $20-30 for a handwash and vaccuum when the dog fur gets annoying. But its been a few months of parking in the sun, my dog riding in the back, and zero car washes so I needed a major overhaul.

Art is a magician with fixing paint defects and issues. We had some damage from a parking garage on our front hood of our Model X. I was afraid we’d need to have it repainted but Art knew exactly how to treat it to remove the damage. The hood looks good as new and while there he flawlessly detailed our interior as well (which needed some love with two kids under 5). Cannot recommend this shop enough.
