Got my scratches on the side of car & small dent fixed on my driver side with Maaco last week. Looked at 5 different shops, but I’m happy I went with them. Jin & his crew were super professional & honest. He gave me two quotes: one for repainting my car door/fixing those scratches & another for repainting my car door + getting out the small dent in my door (could barely see it, but I chose to do both). Both quotes were reasonable. My car was done in 3 days from taking it in & I was given instructions to not get a wash for 4 weeks so the paint can cure. Only thing I wish was better was the communication when my car would be done since I have a pretty hectic schedule. They called me at 2:30pm on Friday & left a voicemail that my car could be picked up before 5pm. Missed some of my class & cut it close but made it on time. Nonetheless, very minor. Great experience & my car looks great 👍🏽 Thank you!

I went here to get an estimate on my rusted rocker panels, but from the start I knew this place was gonna be a waste of my time. i arrived 30min early to get a feel for the place, location and to see the work environment. When I arrived their was a handwritten note on some scrap paper that read: Back at 10am -Managment. I entered and made eye contact with the Maaco employees and not one of them offered to help, answer any questions, or why I was even there. I went to get my car washed and returned at 10am...and, still, no one there. Slava (thats his name) came out like I was bothering him and finally gave me a quote. Bottom line, if they are this unprofessional from the start, can you imagine what the end oroduct would have looked like? Also, they have zero parking available. Small, awkward, shady establishment. Dont believe me, go see for yourself.

Jin and the guys did a great job. I was very nervous leaving my baby with them (with some of the horror stories you hear), but this location and these guys are the ones you want. Its NOT going to be $100, but you get what you pay for. And they finished in record time. Thanks again.

Good work overall. There were a few comments made that I thought were inappropriate upon getting a quote and service (i.e. is there anything in the car? because we’re not liable for anything”) typically not what one says but how it’s said. Pretty laid back staff, not too professional & not good with communicating

Staff courtesy was pleasant, attentive, and patient when scheduling, giving out estimates. answering questions and concerns was no problem. I was in and out at a reasonable time frame. My Rep at the time was Jin. I would recommend this business.

Great job, had my cracked bumper replaced and painted. Quick service, only took two days, and I had my truck back. Jin also saved me money by not charging me for parts they thought were needed.

No good with details....but overall good people try to make it right..but will not go back for a high end car or a classic car paint job again not a custom shop what I was told...

They were just totally awesome! I got a bumper replaced on my 17 Toyota Highlander. They got the part in the next day! They gave me the best quote that I’ve found so far for the full services and they don’t charge a High price for labor. I would most definitely recommend and come back if I ever needed there services. The were so quick at getting the job done. They also washed my SUV😊. What more could I ask for!

Honestly, they have way better prices than most local shops. I got my hood and a bumper sprayed for $300 (Chicago stage 1 paint job pricing), that’s not bad. If I had a local shop do it, they charge me 2 times that price. Granted the shop is not as convenient in terms of location, but you’re still significantly saving more money driving there and getting the job done there. Honestly, I should’ve got the fill body spray, it would be been a lot cheaper cumulatively. So I would say weigh in your factors if you wanna pay $150/piece of your car or get the whole car spray via paying more and spending less cumulatively.

It was a great experience. They gave me multiple options, clearly explained what could be done, allowing me to make an informed decision.After that, they called me with updates regularly and once ordered parts were available, it was easy to get the car there and fixed.The result was beautiful!Everyone I talked to was very nice and if I need more work, Im definitely going back!

Honestly i dont even know if they themselves know what their prices are or how its calculated.i came in for a body ground effects paint job (ss trims) (lower fenders x2 lower bumper lips x2) and to apply a OEM rally stripe that ive brought in.i was quoted 150 EACH PART to a grand total of 600, (WHICH IS THE SAME PRICE OF A FULL PAINT JOB BY THEM) not even including the stripesmans run back to get a discount and he tells me the lowest is 125 off for only 2 of the bumpers for a grand total of 500 and to move my car from in front of their driveway as he directed me to park since apparently my original 15 yard away parking spot on the curb was too farhilarious. truly.yes i took off, didnt look back. i suggest you all dont as well.

This is my go to from everything froma touch up to a collision. Up front pricing, they don’t sell you any work you don’t need, they will actually try to save you money. They are busy enough where they don’t need to swindle anyone and great with insurance. They do top notch body work and deliver on time. Paul the owner and Ray the manager are class acts who have been around forever. Highly recommend these guys and this place. Never been disappointed.

Pretty good work. Much more expensive than other shops. Wasn’t allowed to use My 10% Rideshare Driver discount not My $50 off with Car Advise. (A total of about $134) That’s a significant savings that didn’t happen. Their reasoning was that they already had gave Me a good price. I went with them anyway, ultimately because I figured they wouldn’t have the vehicle an extended time while giving Me the runaround. They didn’t. Dropped it off on a Monday Morning. I was told I could have back as soon as the following Thursday, but no later than the following Saturday. It was ready that Friday, so that was fine. This wasn’t an insurance job, so therefore every Dollar counts even more. Overall, I think they do good work but are expensive.

I took my car to this location because my car was involved in an Accident. The insurance agreed to cover everything so fixing what needed to be fixed shouldnt have been an issue. My car was there for weeks and when I picked it up things that had been paid for still was not completed. However the owner kept calling me to remind me that my Rental wasnt covered by the insurance which Wasnt ANY of his concern. Instead he should have been taking care of my Car. After picking up my car and noticing everything wasnt done I had to take it back again which was an inconvenience.. I was completely unsatisfied with the service and work done And I would never recommend this Maaco location.

Brought them a new hood and it ended up with a dent in it and the manager Jim was like I dont kno if we did that it could of been there from the beginning then tried to make me feel petty by saying you really want me to fix that little dent. Besides that the work was decent.

Overwhelmed by the paint job that was performed on my 97 Riviera, Ive heard nightmares about Maaco but I can tell you from personal experience that its a myth, my car looks like a totally different vehicle

I literally had a few scratches on my car. They said it would take a few days. It took them 2 full weeks. They did a very poor job of keeping me inform. I am not sure if it was because I am a woman but the front desk worker was immensely sarcastic with me. He was rude and indirect with the answers to the questions I had. I asked if they could do the job for the price quoted by my insurance to which he responded we have to. Of course the price was over $600 more than the quote given to them. They tried to get us (my hubby and I) to sign off on a higher payment which we refused. They offered a 25% discount to first responders which we qualified for. They said told me, THE BEST THEY COULD DO WAS 20% OFF THE DEDUCTIBLE. They are snakes. I could go on about how mistreated I was by this place. I will simply say, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

Too expensive for little work.

Had my 98 Mustang painted at this Maaco on W.Harrison Street during the summer and it now looks brand new! Ray Richardson did an amazing job from the beginning: He explained the process, did not up-sell anything, was honest, and the job 6 months later still looks superb! Did a base coat/clear coat with a 5 year pro-rated guarantee. Definitely coming back here again if needed in the future. Big thank you to Ray and his team!

The guy that answered the phone spoke over me, didnt let me even finish a sentence of what I was looking for, & just started rambling off prices that I couldnt even understand what the hell he was saying to begin with since he was talking really fast. I understand you are busy, but dont let it seem that you dont care about the NEW business over the phone. Ill go else were. Thanks Maaco.

Ray is very rude and sarcastic. Even when I call he is very sarcastic over the phone. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to the shop. Especially with him there his customer service skills are terrible. Never again.

This specific Maaco branch is the best!! Paul, Ray and Isidro were the ones whom I worked with and theyre awesome! They gave me options and they were very polite in answering all my questions. Explained the pros and cons of the paint job which was very helpful in deciding what kind of paint job fits my needs. Paul went above and beyond by asking to fix minor scatches on my car with no charge! I think thats very nice of him but I refuse, I can live with it. :) I drop off my car on a Thurdays afternoon and got my car back Saturday morning! Crazy! My car looks brand new! Thank you thank you guys! Keep up the good work!

Great Service, Great Quality, Reasonable Price! Stopped in Nov. 1st 2018 just for a quote on painting my front bumper I replaced myself on my red Nissan Altima Coupe. Price the owner quoted for painting my bumper was very low, much lower than I expected. I was suprised how low the price was. So much so, I just decided to have them paint the entire car. The price he quoted to paint my entire car was extremely low too. Prices I received to paint my car from other body shops were almost twice as much than what this maaco charged me. Honestly, the price this maaco charged me to paint my entire car was even less than some places quoted me just to paint my front bumper....Im just sayin.... I left car same day over the weekend, picked up on Monday afternoon. They did great work. Car looks brand new. I am very pleased. So much so, I decided to write this review. If you are looking to get your car painted or body work with quality professional work for a great price, this is your place. This was my first time here and I can only speak on my experience, but price point, customer service was great and the quality of the paint job is above my expectations. If I ever need anything painted or body work in the future, this will be my first call.-Malcolm

Not sure why the gentleman gave one star. I reviewed this place in Yelp and after entrusting them with more work from my Nissan Altima, my mothers Camry to my sisters Lexus I stand by my rating even more. Ray is a pleasure to deal with and I will entrust any future body work I have with this location.

Paint started peeling on on erthe fender after a few months of painting. After I made a complaint today he offered to touch it up and refused to repaint under warranty. I would go again because of price.

I went to maaco for a estimate and spoke to stan for a used 2002 focus low end paint job .. i didnt want to spend alot of money...he told me all details and would take 4-6 days... i took it in monday and received a call on wednesday it was ready for pick up... i went and surprised it looked almost like a new car..... with that said.. a few years ago a i went to a maaco on south western ave. and it was drama drama...this place was very professional and stan and staff proved themselves with kindness, professionalism and top shelf ... i highly recommend it...they work with you...only glich was they dont take personal checks. fortunately i had credit cards on me or else it would of been a problem....so if ya go take cash, debit or credit cards or insurance check.....and if ya make it thru the neighborhood... i had to go three times and didnt have a problem coming and going....eisenhower is easy to get on and off...thxs stan and staff. ...date july 03, 2013 ..ciao coco

Great place, cheap prices, nice helpful staff ...but the neighborhood isnt great so if you would rather avoid ghetto neighborhoods than avoid this one

Horrible! Never removed rust, two weeks after paint job there was a half dozen leaking rust spots. Looks worse than before. Owner just stood there while employee stated Yes we have a 90 day Guarantee. Why go back to a terrible location when all they do is say No we will not honor our word
