With every challenge I presented him, he would say we will think out of the box to find a solution - and he did just that (at a time when other agents would just say its not possible!) The team really thought of everything - which was perfect for someone like me traveling from a foreign country. I live in the desert in California during the year and wanted to get out of the heat and be close to family for the summer. I contacted several companies in Chicago that offered short term furnished apartment rentals. Most didn’t respond and the ones that did didn’t have up to date information. I emailed Ryan Corporate Housing on a Friday. Nick responded immediately with information on a unit that fit my requirements. By Monday I saw the unit, really liked it and rented it for the three summer months. I found the whole rental process to be very professional with great follow up. I had a new opportunity to move to Chicago for a temporary job placement and had all my stress of moving relieved. I contacted Nick and he worked with me getting the right apartment for the right rate. Throughout the stay there were absolutely zero issues, in fact Ryan has such strong connections with the apartments that even the lobby staff on the properties knew how to handle the companys staying guests. I had to temporarily relocate to Chicago for 3 1/2 months for medical reasons. I was so happy to arrive to my furnished apartment to find all of the necessities, toothpaste, coffee, garbage bags, etc. I would definitely call Ryan corporate housing again in the future.

My experience with Ryan Corporate Housing was outstanding. Nick was very attentive and accessible. I was doing a long term rental in Chicago and Nick showed me several spots. When the building I wanted wasnt available, he set me up in another building for a month and then allowed me to change locations when a spot in the desired building opened up. The apartment (actually both of them) was great. Then Covid hit and I stopped traveling. After a few months it became clear that I wasnt going back to Chicago anytime soon and didnt need the apartment. Ryan worked with me to terminate the lease early. He didnt have to - Id signed a one year agreement - and given the pandemic I dont know if there was a lot of demand for temporary housing, but he did anyway. Then when I mentioned driving to Chicago (from Philly) to pick up my stuff he volunteered to have it packed up and shipped to me. All I paid was the shipping charge. RCH and Nick were great to work with and Id do it again if the opportunity arises.

Nick, with Ryan Corporate Housing, was absolutely the best from the very first time I talked to him until the end! I had very little timing and knew exactly where I needed to be (Atwater Apartments) and he went out of his way to make sure it happened very quickly. So very friendly and the communication couldn’t have been better. When we arrived the apartment was perfect and they accommodated us with everything we needed, even for our dog and cat. We were there for 2 months, but they worked with us for as long as we needed to stay. I would definitely recommend Nick and Ryan with Ryan Corporate Housing! Our 4-month stay at the Atwater Apartments at 355 East Ohio is almost over. Northwestern Hospital is two blocks away so we couldn’t ask for a more ideal and convenient location. In addition, there is a grocery store about 100 yards from the building entrance and a Target less than two blocks away. We are in a 1-bedroom unit with a west view on the 47th floor and are very pleased with the furnished accommodations. The kitchen is fully furnished with 4 place settings of dishes, glasses, and flatware. Pots, pans, bowls, blender, hot water pot, drip coffee maker and a variety of a dozen cooking utensils complement the dishwasher (small supplies of soap are furnished for both dishwasher and sink use), refrigerator and microwave. There is a garbage chute and recycling area on each floor. The rental price includes all utilities.The Atwater building is well-maintained with a concierge at the entrance desk about 16 hours per day. Parking is available in the adjacent garage for a fee payable with the rent at a rate comparable to other longterm facilities in the area. Deliveries by Doordash, Postmates, etc. are left on a table in the main lobby for pickup by residents. Access to private areas of the building (and to the building from the garage) is by key fob and includes the mail room and recreation areas. Residents are alerted to package arrival by text and email to their contact numbers by the LUXER system in which they are automatically enrolled on arrival; residents can then use the text or QR code to access a separate package room. Atwater takes COVID precautions seriously with periodic notes about masking and sanitizer stations by entrances to the building and elevators. Building residents and Atwater workers take masking seriously as I have never seen anyone without masks. Our family has experienced chemotherapy so we are vigilant about potential contamination - no one has objected to either of us in the elevator alone if we explain our situation.Apartment maintenance has been minimal as we have had only two experiences. Ryan did the TV and liaises with Atwater on replacing the LED lights, both were resolved within 18 hours of first contact. The building is quiet and does allow dogs, but they have not been a problem to us. This is our first apartment in 40 years and we are pleased with our experience with Ryan at the Atwater. Ryan has allowed us to focus on our health issues and not the headaches of apartment rental.

After submitting an inquiry online, Nick called me right away to discuss what we needed and what they had available. Nick helped us find the best solution possible to our temp housing needs. The Atwater building is beautiful, well maintained, and full of amenities. The unit itself was lovely with a lot of comforts of home. Great experience in this apartment. The room was beautiful, spacious and homey. Also amazing views of the lake. Ryan corporate housing was also very accomodating. My table broke and they immediately brought me a new one. I needed some more light and they immediately brought me a new lamp. The building also had great gym with a hot tub/sauna/steam room which are great perks. Also close to grocery stores and walking distance to everything you need. Highly recommend!

We have used Ryan Corporate Housing a few times. They are hands down WONDERFUL! All the apartments are decorated beautifully and have everything we need. During our last visit we wanted more silverware for a gathering and all we had to do was ask and it was delivered. Great Customer Service, excellent location and very comfortable units.

We stayed at The Atwater with Ryan Corporate Apartments for 3 months beginning March, 2019, due to a flood in our condo. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was spacious and very well decorated. Every item that you could think of was provided, right down to an electric wine opener. They even provided a litter box and cute dishes for our two cats!Sam and Laura moved us out of our condo and Ryan and Laura moved us back in. I certainly never expected that, but their service leaves nothing to be desired. If I had any problem, Laura was always around to fix it or help me. Being in a new apartment was an experience, but Ryan Corp made it into a extremely pleasant experience.I cannot recommend them more highly. If you are in need of temporary housing, whether for work or personal reasons, Ryan Corp is the place to call. Nick was so incredibly caring and helpful that he became more friend than leasing agent. They will be the first I call if I am ever in need of short term housing again!

I relocated to Chicago from Belgium. I was looking for a furnished unit to stay temporary until I would find my home. I did some online researches from Belgium and only had a Belgian mastercard, which was a nightmare as most places in Chicago would accept only USA cards. After I found Ryan Corporate Housing online and contacted them by email, they immediately reached out to me and in a few clicks my unit was booked. The unit is amazing and contains everything you need, from the kitchen appliances to the hairdryer, including the iron machine. The furniture are not only efficient but also very elegant and classy. The service provided by the team is amazing, the place is great and no issues to pay with a non-USA credit card!

Ryan Corporate House,I have used Ryan Corporate Housing recently for a stay in downtown Chicago for a couple months. Their full staff was fast and prompt with all my requests and questions regarding the stay and apartments.The Apartments themselves are very nice, clean, and modern, I got to stay in 2 different units as I wanted to see what they offer.I will defiantly be using them again on my next stay in Chicago and recommend them to all interested in this type of service.Thanks RCHSahil

In my most desperate hour of need, Nick Morrar and Ryan Corporate Housing was there for me. My husband had suffered a severe stroke and we ended up in Chicago to attend rehabilitation therapy at Shirley Ryan Ability. I had no time to plan our trip to Chicago, and so here I was, alone and on my own to figure it out. I was referred to Nick for temporary housing and he went above and beyond to help me out. We were immediately provided a beautiful apartment at Atwater Apartments for our entire stay of 3 months and received the most amazing service thru out entire stay. Nick Morrar not only made sure our stay was well taken care of, he became a sincere support system to me during a time of despair. I highly recommend Ryan Corporate Housing and I guarantee it will become your home away from home during your stay!

Ryan Corporate Housings property, EnV Apartments, was home base for our production crew for over 5 months. I coordinated from New York with Ryan (THE Ryan) and Nick Morrar to ensure the lodging for our crew on the ground in Chicago was comfortable, yet affordable. It absolutely was. All of their locations look absolutely spectacular but I can truly attest to the wonderful experience we’ve had at the EnV. The location is prime as well as safe, the apartment is clean, and not to mention—fabulously decorated. The unit itself came fully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. We had our own designated parking space in a gated garage as well as key-access to all building amenities (there are plenty). Ryan even called me personally after check-in to ask if the crew needed anything additional! Both Ryan and Nick were extremely accommodating to our needs and beyond professional. We will most definitely utilize this company in the future and recommend their apartments to any production crew filming in Chicago!

Ryan Corporate Housing exceeded our expectations in every way, from the luxury building itself at One Eleven to the customer service from the leasing office. The king bed was very comfortable and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided amazing views of the city and Lake Michigan from both the living room and the bedroom. The modern kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including a Keurig coffee maker and up to date appliances and countertops. The 28th floor gym, pool, lounging areas, computer/fax office were fantastic, along with an attentive valet service for packages/shipping, dry cleaning, and even shoe repair on site. The location is ideal for walking everywhere within the loop as well as great dining and shopping in the River North. I would highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a luxurious apartment with every possible amenity in the heart of Chicago.
