The driver was prompt, and even gave us details on when to leave for our flight to keep us on time. The ride was smooth and very comfortable. We felt relaxed, Something we really needed after being out of town for 7days. On arrival They were kind enough to move fast to reroute our pickup after we got confused. I would recommend this service and will use them again for future trips. 😃

Templar VIP saved the day in getting me to the airport! The entire city was shut down and no ride shares were running. We called and booked a ride with Kay who was extremely helpful with booking the service and very easy to contact. Kay was on time despite multiple detours and checkpoints. Rather than the usual Taxi or Uber, this was a great change of routine when it came to transportation plans. The driver was very courteous and understanding. We traveled from Baltimore to Chicago for Christmas and Templar picked us up at the airport and returned us. Car and driver were top notch. I especially liked that they stayed in touch with us upon arrival and during departure. I would have given them 5 stars but they quoted me a price of $67 each way and I requested that they not include a tip.I wanted to tip the driver myself. It being Christmas we tipped both drivers $20. Upon receipt of the bill I was charged $70 and $14 gratuity each way. So including the tips we gave the drivers, it cost me $188. Although it was an excellent experience and I had planned to use them again...I will look for something less expensive next time.
