I use limousine services monthly and know how important it is to be on time as I travel frequently for work. They were so late in getting to me that I missed my flight at Ohare. I will never use this company again and urge others to not use them ether. The driver was not nice and you could tell he had just gotten up from the night before by the reeking odor of alcohol you could smell in the limousine and on him.
