The technician from TLM Emergency Commercial Hvac was very punctual for his appointment. He was able to professionally diagnose the problem. He has the right regulatory credentials that he shared with me. He even promised to light the ignition for the water heater when the gas comes on. I highly recommend him and will be calling him again for any HVAC related service.5 STARS!

Our air conditioner died and we needed a new replacement. I contacted multiple agencies, and Edward was very quick in getting back to me. These poor guys worked in the rain, without complaint. They installed our new air con and attachments to the furnace, and also pointed out a potential issue with our water softener while they were down there. We really could not have asked for better service.

This was the first check up for our unit and the technician spent alot of time cleaning, checking, and explaining what he was doing. We received a very detailed report on all work done and the condition of the unit. The technician was very personable. Wish we could give them 10 stars!!

Our AC went out and we called these guys to come over and check it out. They informed us that our unit was indeed badly off and needed to be replaced. They charged our old unit enough to cool overnight. They came over the following morning and managed to replace the old unit perfectly. Our new AC is awesome and we cannot recommend them enough times. 5*****!!

Outstanding service and price! The tech, got a 45 yr old geothermal unit working which they originally installed back in 1985! He was very courteous throughout the 100 questions we had. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained in laymans terms how it all worked. We are very pleased and will definitely use them again in the future!

Greg was my tech. He was wonderful. He took as much time as he needed to explain all my issues and concerns regarding my furnace. He was very honest and ethical. He did not spend his time trying to sell me things I did not need or tell me things had to be replaced today that didnt. I am always looking for honesty and ethical treatment and today I received just that. I would certainly use them again.

We had just installed a new air conditioner and it happened to be having some issues a month later. I had Greg and Scott come out for our annual AC and furnace maintenance and they were on time for the appointment, very professional and courteous. They checked both units and discovered the furnace had a leakage and advised us to call the guys who did the installation since it was under warranty. I cant thank them highly for their honesty.
