Adam at ALL TEMP came out on a Friday to inspect my need for a new A/C and Furnace. With in an hour he handed me the deal of a lifetime.Not only was the amount very reasonable but Adam was also able to get the entire system set up for installation that coming Monday. The 3 gentlemen that came on Monday to remove and install my new HVAC system were Professional, Fast and Clean! Within an 8 hour day - my Bryant system was up and running and my house was very cool on a late hot day in Sept.Could not be happier with the entire experience!! Job Well Done!!!

The salesperson Adam was very professional and responsive to what my needs were. My A/C failed on a 20 year old unit and I thought it best to replace both the furnace and A/C unit. I shopped around and All Temp offered a better quality Bryant product at a better price than the other two proposals I received. The installation crew was there the next business day and did a great job putting in the system and getting me up and running again. They did an excellent job of protecting my house during the in and out movement of the old and new systems and cleaned up both inside and outside. All is working well and very pleased. The Technician Danny was a great installer and very experienced.The sales experience initially was ok and but then once I agreed to the install, the time it took to schedule technicians to start and finish the job was a horrible experience. The salesman overpromised on a lot of things and under-delivered and he stopped answering my calls, but I wont mention names.I was even supposed to get a $500 Com-Ed rebate for the energy efficient unit that was installed, however the salesman never offered it or told me about it, and by the time I found out I was supposed to get it, I called in and since, I have been given a hard time about the rebate, because now the installation was too long ago.If someone was willing to make things right regarding the rebate I was supposed to get, Ill revise this posting.

I cannot say enough good things about this company!!! First, they were incredibly responsive. My A/C went out...it was done! I had no air conditioning and temps were headed into 90s. When I reached out, the owner reached back immediately even though he was out to dinner with his wife. He said he would have a guy out the next day!The rep came out the next day to give me a quote. His name was Adam. Great guy and explained my options for my situation. They scheduled the install two days later since I had NO A/C at the time.The two installers (Danny and Cody) were on time, personable, have been with this company a combined total of over 35 years and did a great job! They left my house clean and the installation looks professionally done. I have a Bryant 2 stage with a humidifier as well. I now know what that means! I previously did not! hahaI have dealt with many shady contractors in my 55 years on this earth and can say I highly recommend this company!Darlene

I have not had the opportunity to use the service from this company however, after the experience I had this morning on the roadway with one of their technicians, I will NEVER call them! I was driving through Romeoville on Rte 53 northbound, when traffic started slowing down because of an accident up ahead. Everyone had to merge to the left lane because the police, ambulance and fire engines had the right lane blocked. This guy (Van #67) came flying up from behind in the left lane, swerved over to the right lane to go around everyone, only to have to jump back into the left lane because the right was blocked. He literally cut in front of me so closely that I had to slam on my breaks and move over a little farther left (into oncoming traffic) to keep him from hitting me! We were already at a dead stop and he just bombarded his way into the left lane without looking; even though he knew a car was there, or a care in the world! I blew my horn at him because I thought he was going to take out the front passenger side of my car...and he rolled his window down...threw his hand out and started yelling at me, giving me the finger and screaming F...k-you to me because you know, I was in HIS way!!! What kind of insanity is that?!? THIS is who you would want in your homes to work on your heating and cooling? NEVER in mine!! That was disrespectful and VERY unprofessional! He needs a defensive driving course and anger management class before getting back on the roads again. DO BETTER, SIR!!! Life is too short...and you could have taken a life with that reckless driving this morning!!

Very thorough with checking our heating and cooling systems both upstairs and downstairs. I recommend the maintenance contract, they check our systems twice a year, great deal. My name is Tom Murphy, I called to schedule a service call for my furnace. The operator was very effective In taking my information. I was contacted within 10 minutes of initial call, fully willing to pay the agreed service call. While talking to Chris Dempsey he stated to ask specific questions about brand of furnace and what wasnt taking place I informed him that I was an electrician and mechanically inclined. Knowing thus he offered to walk me through some diagnostics. Chris is great very friendly and helpful I was able to get my furnace up and running with Chriss help. He saved my family from going through a night of cold. Being an independent contractor myself Im always looking for good people to refer out to my customers. No longer will they service my AC, as they installed it on the roof, but are no longer paying for insurance to go up there. NEVER would have purchased my new AC system last year if I knew that. My prior AC system was purchased and serviced every 6 months by them. Now, I feel stuck as they probably wont get insurance to do any repair work either. Cannot believe what I thought was such a quality company cheaped out on buying insurance to climb up a ladder. (which, by they way, they ALWAYS charged me $100 for-- maybe not enough for their insurance premium).

All Temp has been our go to for repairs since buying our home in 2018. So when our 16 year old furnace finally kicked the bucket, we went to them for our new one. They were so quick; we were without heat for less than a day. Our installer Marlon showed up on time and got straight to work. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through all the changes he would have to make to have our new heater fit right and even found an improperly capped vent that he fixed up for us. Asking around I feel like we got a great price and the install was an easy worry free experience. Would definitely recommend All Temp.

Ive used All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning a few times and they have always impressed me. This week my heat stopped working on a very cold & snowy night and they were able to get a technician, Ed Baharopoulos, out quickly and he did a great job! He was thorough in finding the issue (my thermostat!), fixed it promptly and explained why it had malfunctioned. From the great staff at the office to the skilled technicians, I highly recommend!

We used all temp for our condo, with no issues. When we bought a house in the suburbs, we went with all temp for our new furnace and ac. When we purchased the package, we also added duct cleaning. Had no problems with the install for new HVAC. The problem was with the duct cleaning as they never came back to finish what we paid for. We held off because we were having our floors redone which they agreed since there is dust and such. When we were finally ready to have the ducts cleaned, we could not reach the person to schedule. I called back again and again - was told they would call me back to schedule. They never called me back. My husband called. They told him they would be out, he took time off work and no one showed up. We called and called to have them finish what we had paid for. Nothing. I would not recommend. We tried to get this resolved and speak to someone at this business, but the woman we spoke to was absolutely no help what so ever. Never again. We ended up going with a different company for our duct cleaning and I never do business with All-Temp nor recommend them. A very frustrating experience and to pay for a service that was never completed is not good at all.

Anthony from All Temp stopped by this afternoon to look at my heater which was making a funny noise. While it wasnt making the noise at the time of his arrival, he diagnosed the problem based on my description, explained the issue, provided some high-level technical details, offered me 3 options with prices and pros/cons, and didnt pressure me to make a decision. He also did a thorough clean of the unit. Ive experienced this level of service from everyone at All Temp. This reaffirms why I call All Temp every time I need a cleaning or check-up of my HVAC system.

Have had numerous positive service interactions with All Temp for 1-2 years prior to going with them to completely replacing my furnace, ac coil, and condenser, along with restructuring my ducts to make the units easier to service in the future. Jack Freedman on the sales side was responsive, informative, and fair. He was able to get the fairly major job set up with just a couple days notice. The install team was phenomenal. Extremely professional, courteous, and hard working, they got the job done beautifully and relatively quickly. Big shout out to Daniel Soto and Fernando Aleman. 10 out of 10.

Every person at AllTemp was very helpful. The service was excellent from start to finish. Had to have minor adjustment made after furnace was installed. Field supervisor Greg Ziecik arrived on one of coldest days and made sure everything was in perfect working condition before he left. Greg is a perfectionist which made me feel comfortable. The owner (Rob) returned phone call to confirm everything was satisfactory.

I had your techs out to perform cleaning and maintenance on my AC system. They did a through job and finished in an expedient manner. They even cleaned the units coils, who knew that was a thing. The servicing could not have been timelier with the heat/humidity we have had this past week, the system has gotten a real workout. I was pleasantly surprised by how much quieter the outside unit runs. I actually have quite a few birds hanging out in the back which I had not noticed before. I thank you and I expect my avian neighbors thank you too.

On Tuesday, the fire alarm in my basement went off and when I checked our bolier, flames were definitely not where they should be. I immediately called All Temp and they sent out Bryan and Luis within a couple hours to come and take a look. They let me know that it was time to replace this 50 year old boiler, and gave specific and informative details as to why. We scheduled an install for two days later.Turns out they were able to get the new furnace installed the very next day, for which I was delighted. Marlon Galvez and his team came out and did a wonderful job uninstalling the old furnace and installing the new one. They were professional, polite, and extremely informative. Gave me tips on how to maintain the new furnace going forward. Is was very happy with the service I received from Marvin. He was very thorough in determining the problem, and explained every step he was taking in diagnosing and fixing the issue. He didnt try to upsell or pressure me into more expensive repairs/replacement, but gave a fair evaluation of what might go wrong in the future and my options in upgrading to a new furnace. Marvin is a genuinely nice guy, professional, and very good at what he does. I was nervous about picking All Temp at a moments notice from Angies List, but they had good reviews, and my house temp was dropping fast on a Saturday afternoon in January. Glad All Temp came through -- theyll definitely be my go-to for any future HVAC work.

Great Experience. Called the Tuesday before Thanksgiving when my furnace went out. They were out that afternoon installing a new one. Sal and Jimmie did a great job on the install. Then I needed a service and had Marvin out - who did a great job explaining the issue and walking me thru everything.

Called for Clean and Check Special. Was told tech would arrive between 9-12, tech came at 2pm. Tech (Kyle) checked furnace and immediately told me I needed a new motor because there was some humming. I told tech that they had just put a motor in 5 years earlier and gave him the paperwork. He asked for my payment next. I asked if he was going to clean the furnace, he said I was scheduled for service. I said no I called for clean and check. Well he acted as if he was cleaning the furnace. When he left, my furnace was still humming. He said to call when I was ready for the new motor. I decided to get a second opinion 1 week later by another company. The new tech immediately identifies my humming problem. He said there was a small piece of paper from the air filter in the motor. He removed the piece of paper and the humming disappeared. SHAME ON YOU KYLE! I DO NOT NEED ANOTHER MOTOR!! This gives your company a bad reputation for trying to cheat consumers. And no I would never purchase some yearly $155 service plan you were trying to sell me. NEVER AGAIN!

Absolute worst. Repair guy broke a pipe and blamed it on my wife then blamed it on his trainee. When he finally admitted that he did it we found he had forged some paperwork. When we specifically ask for that guy not to come back they send him back... Of course when we call to confirm they tell us hes the tech.. We rescheduled again.

I have nothing but good things to say about All Temp. They replaced our furnace and air conditioning in 2018. It was a fair price and the installation was great. On a Saturday night, my heat went out during one of the coldest nights of the season. I called All Temp who came out within the hour, assessed the problem and were at my home early on Monday morning to install a much needed new furnace. I was extremely impressed with All Temp from beginning to end. The 2 installers were so kind and professional. The first thing Mr. Galvez did was offer me a heater to use while they installed the furnace. They did an awesome job with installation. However, what really impressed me was when Mr. Galvez checked all my vents and told me what I needed to do to keep the furnace running at the highest efficiency. I was so impressed that I informed Mr. Marlon Galvez that I will request him to install Air Conditioning in the Spring. I love my new furnace, the customer service was outstanding. I recommend All Temp to anyone that has a need for great Heating and Air Conditioning and also appreciate great customer service.

Marvin was my tech, and this guy is absolutely awesome! He knows his stuff, and he took time to explain everything to me I need to know about my furnace. He knew I was a new first-time homeowner, and he was really patient with explaining little things to help me feel at ease. I think this guy deserves a promotion because they do not make techs like him anymore. I will continue to use All Temps for all of my Heating and Air Conditioning needs, and I expect to ALWAYS get Marvin as my tech. If Marvin leaves, then I will follow him wherever he goes.

Marlon and his assistant Junior did an outstanding job. I myself worked at an installation and service company and know well what it takes to do a good job in the field. Marlon communicated well about what the installation entailed and how he was going to proceed. When asked he took the time to thoroughly explain the equipment. He performed a high quality installation and entirely cleaned up the worksite. Also, he pointed out a critical maintenance issue that I was unaware of……..that my water heater vent was completely obstructed. And he helped me fix it. Highly recommended.

Ed Baharopoulos did a great job of diagnosing my furnances problem and fixing it fast. It was a frigid night on Feb. 10 and not a good one for having no heat. Ed made sure my furnace was back up and running.

The technician, Ed, was very professional. He checked everything with my compressor unit and found a capacitor had failed. He replaced it and checked everything else to ensure that was the only problem. He then showed me how to clean the unit to ensure it runs more efficiently. He also gave me advice on how to maintain the furnace/inside unit. He answered all my questions clearly and directly. Price was very reasonable given both the work and the education I received.

Solid company. I have been using them for 15 years. They have done yearly maintenance, repairs on boiler pipes, and removed and installed a steam boiler at my first home and Ive used them to do annual cleaning and inspections of the HVAC units at my newest house as well.Highly recommend them. Heat went out Friday around 8:30 in the evening, called All-Temp, they called back by 9:00 came and were done by 10:00pm. It was zero degrees outside, man did they save my life. They installed the furnace years ago but when I needed them they came through. Big time.

Highly recommend and see if you can get Marvin as your tech. Hes professional and he showed us how to properly care for our products ourselves to reduce maintenance. I suggest you call if you need a Nest installed. As you can see from the reviews of Nest on Amazon, they are tricky to install if you need to add an electrical line.

My last experience with Alltemp was with Marvin (service tech). My heat completely shut down and we were left in 0°weather freezing. Called Alltemp, Marvin came out the next day and checked my 50+ year old furnace. After telling me what Ive heard for years, I placed an order for a new one. By the way, I know about scams, but Marvin explained the dangers of my decrepit furnace in such a way that even I could understand, thanks Marvin.Secondly, Eli (installer), came to install the furnace, I had an incredible amount of stuff in the furnace room. Eli, without help or complaints cleared a path and completely removed my old furnace and replaced it with a new furnace. He worked hard and seemingly without a break to get my family heat. He also had to clear a path by shoveling quite a bit of snow. I dont know if this is common among your employees, but it is amazingly uncommon in most companies. Alltemp these guys were incredible and I will recommend you to any and all who need your services. Thank you! I have to amendmy review to reflect my last interaction with these guys. Its 90° and I am laying in a kool spot in my home. Eli came by and set my ac, he EVEN TOOK OUT MY GARBAGE, because I have movement problems. Again Alltemp to the rescue! Andy came out yesterday he called me to let me know he was on his way and what time he would be there. Entered my house with shoe coverings on and his mask on. Did a great job would recommend him and all temp to anyone.

All Temp was FANTASTIC. Our HVAC closets are really tight spaces, difficult to work in, and their technicians did a wonderful job of installing our new systems, with tremendous good humor about the challenges of such a tight fit. We highly recommend them!!

Ed B. was my technician who problem solved and found a solution as to why my steam boiler was not sufficiently heating my 3 flat as it had in the previous 3 years since being installed by All Temp Heating and Air Conditioning. It was found to be a problem with its connection with my Ecobee smart thermostat. He talked with the Ecobee help line and deduced that what was needed was a relay switch which solved the problem. I not works perfectly!

Initially, I was going to give 1 or 2 stars because almost every year our scheduled appointments are either delayed or rescheduled. However, Anthony boosted the rating today! He is such a humble, nice and professional employee. Anthony went over and beyond in the work performed and even educated me on the correct filter to use for the maximum performance of our air conditioner. He deserves a crown because those types of employees are hard to find these days. Thank you Anthony 👏

All Temp provided great service, in a timely fashion, and at a reasonable price. Jack did a fantastic job and made sure everything was taken care of.

I called all temp to check my furnace this winter. A couple weeks later my humidifier would not turn off. They came back and fixed my humidifier. Zac, also fixed my front door closer to my storm door that had broken recently due to a Highwind. I could give them 10 stars.

The installer put my furnace in with record time but my air filter he installed sideways. Its still viewable but you have to turn your head sideways

I have used All Temp many times over the years. Most recently was for duct cleaning. Roberto Gomez and his team were great! They were on time, responsive, professional, and more than willing to answer any and all questions that I had. Highly recommended!

Today we had Mr. M. Dain come by to look at our AC unit and he was better than awesome IMO. He was patient with us in regards to the questions we had. While he couldnt make decisions for us, he equipped us with enough information to allow us to make the best decision for ourselves. He didnt allow us to throw money away by spending on an issue that wouldnt be a permanent solution. We looked at numbers and decided that a new unit would be the way to go. I appreciated his honesty and his time today.

For the past 6 years we have had All-Temp complete new HVAC systems and they performed all of our regular maintenance and emergency repair. Over the years I think we have had the pleasure of working with most of the companies staff. All-temps crew was timely and responsive, quality is second to none, with very competitive pricing and attractive financing options for those projects when projects needed this. They always left our tenants homes and our home clean and our tenants never complained. you do business with people you like working with and all of All-temps staff meet that standard. It’s why we keep calling them.

Loved their services. Great people, funny workers, and most importantly honest people.

All Temp and Jack from their sales force always comes through. They have been replacing and installing furnaces and AC units at my apartment building for me for the past few years. Always gets the job done on time and on budget. The service techs are clean and very professional and courteous to everyone at the property. If there is an issue they respond within the day to take care of. Great job All Temp!!

They did not show up to the schedule appointment and never returned my phone calls. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

So I was driving down 80/94 doing 70mph and I looked in my review mirror and all I could see was a truck grill. I can only assume there was only a foot between me and the truck because I could not even see headlights they were so close. Angry that they were so close, I flicked them off. They proceeded to veer to the left and go around my vehicle which scared me because they were so close, so I swerved anticipating a collision. The truck was also pulling a trailer. Afterwards they sped off. If this is how they act on the road what makes you think they are going to keep your family safe when they are installing or servicing equipment? Ive never used their service and never will. Ill be sure to let my friends know to stay clear.

Had to a replace an old furnace and A/C units in my home. ALL-TEMP was the most professional HVAC company I dealt with for this project out of multiple bidders. Adam McRae walked down my job on a Saturday and their installation crew did a good job of completing the install. Very pleased with their responsiveness and genuine interest in my business and most importantly, their commitment to doing the job right! So glad we found them! Would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

We just had All Temp come to our rescue, AGAIN! They are always on time, professional, (now wearing a mask), so smart and knowledgeable, and always right to the point. Whoever shows up is always very experienced and knows exactly how to diagnose and fix our issue. They were quick to tend to us and fix our issue!Thank you All Temp!

Have been turning to All Temp for our HVAC & Water heaters needs for our 2 flat almost exclusively since 2003. They have consistently been able to schedule us quickly and every employee that I have dealt with has been easy to work with, contentious about ensuring that everything is cleaned up before they leave as well as little touches such as always putting on covers over their footwear to avoid tracking even when I assure them it isnt necessary. Although I do trust them to provide quality service, I cant say for sure that they are the best value out there.I have found it prudent to take their recommendations for proactively making significant repairs or replacements with a grain of salt. Although I havent really doubted that their suggestions would be an optimal choice but I dont think most people can afford to take that route.

Excellent service! All Temp is the best heating & air company around. I called after 5p on July 3 because my air conditioner started leaking quite a bit of water. The answering service took my info and said they would forward my message to the office. At 6p, I received a call from Linda who was so helpful, pleasant, understanding, and accommodating. Unlike other air & heating companies, Linda stated they can send a technician out tomorrow on July 4th between 8a-1p!!! On July 4, Ed Baharopoulos (technician) called to let us know he was on his way. He too was very helpful and pleasant. He was also thorough and did an awesome job fixing our A/C unit. Thank you All Temp!!!!

I can’t say enough nice things about AllTemp! We had a +20yr inefficient noisy old system that was jammed into its space that didn’t even heat the basement! Start to finish, everything was top notch - professionally, cleanly, orderly, and meticulously done.Plus, Tony is so good he was able to reroute the duct through the ceiling instead of cutting into the original 1920s living room wood floor.Annnd, Mike even sent back his best electrician to address an unrelated but might be related electrical issue that arose as work was being done (two lights stopped turning on) - all fixed!

Bad experience. Our appointment was a no show until I called almost two hours later to check in. Then they sent us a man(I won’t mention his name here) who made a comment “It’s 5 o’clock.” I mean, there were multiple people waiting for them all afternoon.Also, the man didn’t bother to go up the roof or look at our unit closely until he talked about prices. How would you know what we need, if you don’t look at it? Not to mention he was not at all friendly —no eye contact or smiles, and he sat in our kitchen without asking (Covid time).When he left we felt like our task is finally done for the day. What a relief, deciding right away we aren’t going to use their service. The guy called me multiple times the next day with a voice mail and a text. Very bizarre with the inconsistent social skills. We will never consider them again.

My experience with this company was filled with empty promises, questionable repairs, unnecessary expenses, and management that simply couldnt be bothered. It’s been a three year ordeal with All Temp, trying to get A/C functioning-- at a cost of over $5,000 -including replacing a coil under warranty after less than a year with a labor cost of $825--something technician Brian found unusual. At the end of June, it was determined I needed a new condenser. Installation was promised on two different dates before they showed up to do the job. (8 days later than originally scheduled). Rick J, General Manager, wouldnt take my phone calls or respond to messages when trying to get answers. Adam M. (who mentions he is the cousin of the owner every chance he gets), lied, took no responsibility for delays, and spoke to me, a woman client, in an incredibly dismissive, demeaning way. Quite unbelievable and certainly unacceptable. Condenser was finally installed. And, while a small price adjustment was ultimately negotiated, this process was far more upsetting, costly, and time consuming than it should have been and I have no intention of using All Temp again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
