My AC broke down. They were able to send someone over fast. Danny who inspected the units explained everything. He recommended fixed to all 3 units we have though I only asked about 1. The crew came and replaced two units later and serviced our furnace without me asking or any additional charge. We accidentally cut the cords in the backyard, they came and found the problem, fixed it for us without any charges. Sarah in the office is on top of communication and was super friendly and helpful. Love this company. Highly recommend.

I have had very good experiences with Mike and his team over the years at Oasis HVAC. A few years ago when we first moved into the house, another HVAC company provided maintenance to the system while disconnecting the overflow drain switch on the AC coil pan. Therefore the unit ran for days and flooded our downstairs DEN. Oasis saved the day, reinstalling the switch and fixing the system. Now our old system is 19 years old and makes no sense to pay $1,000 to fix it so yesterday we decided to replace it.Mike came out to look at the old central air and heating furnace unit which is in the upstairs of our bungalow. Seated horizontally, it was going to take a lot of work to get the old unit out and the new unit in. We selected the American Standard (highest rated in the industry a.k.a. Trane) 80K BTU 2 stage furnace/central air and an American Standard 3.5 ton 13 seer A/C unit outside. The team of 5 guys came out to install it just 4 days after signing the contract promptly at 7:00am and completed the entire job at 2:30pm. They had originally thought it would take a day and a half. I also elected the annual maintenance which they come out 2 times per year and will also cover labor, along with manufacturers hardware warranty for 10 years.The units are EXTREMELY quiet, you cannot even hear them run. Especially being outside and entertaining the patio. My electric bills are also expected to decrease significantly. The 19 year old previous system originally purchased from Sears was costing an additional $400/month just to run in the summer to to mention the old freon was $220.00 per pound.I am VERY satisfied with Oasis HVAC, quality product, quality service, attention to detail, professional and courteous. They also dont change extra for after hours emergency maintenance and have been easy to reach in the time of need and arrive at the house in 1-2 hours after creating an appointment.Oasis HVAC comes highly recommended from a highly satisfied customer.

If I could give an extra star I would! When I made initial phone call I had to leave a VM, but Sarah called me back in about 30 minutes. She helped answer all the questions I had about why my AC stopped working, and took control over details about sending my HOA all the needed insurance info that might be needed to make the appointment. I was able to get sercice within 1 day! Almir was my service technician and called me to say he was in the area and wanted to know if he could stop by about 20 minutes early for the noon appointment. He was very kind and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained each step and pointed out things as he went along. He cleaned up after himself and was on his way. I have pretty high expectations and these guys were absolutely great. They were able to get out really quickly to give me an estimate even during really cold winter days. During the estimate they actually confirmed the diagnosis for me and Mike, the owner, was really thorough in explaining what was going on and why I needed to be replaced. He gave me a lot more clarity than the other two companies I had consulted. And they came in at the lowest price point with a high-quality brand furnace that was high-efficiency. They installed my nest thermostat for no additional charge and came out on a separate day to do that since the thermostat hadn’t arrived yet when the furnace was installed. And all of the guys that came out for the quote, install & thermostat were genuinely nice people with good vibes. You should definitely hire them! 😊

Oasis is an outstanding HVAC contractor. Weve used them for over six years and they always offer quick, reliable service. Were on their monthly maintenance program for the two systems in our two-flat, and its a great value. In addition, they recently replaced our furnace and thermostat with an updated model. The work was done at a reasonable price and very quickly, finished in about 3.5 hours. I highly recommend Oasis!

I called Oasis for a scheduled A/C maintenance service call. I’ve never used them before and they were great. The tech arrived on time for a 7am appointment, called to make sure we were awake and ready for him. He tuned up both of our A/C units in a timely and professional manner. The staff and officer manager were amazing to work with. Tom called me less than 5 minutes after I left a message, FaceTimed me to try to resolve the problem ahead of time, and then was early for his appointment the next day. He was great at explaining everything that was wrong and everything we needed to do in advance to try and avoid paying for a service call. Unfortunately the circuit board was broken. Tom had the replacement part the next day and came back to install. He was great with our dogs and super friendly. After the fact, we learned that the part was covered by warranty and we had a nightmare experience with the manufacturer. However, Sarah (the office manager) called me immediately and very much helped remedy the situation. I was in tears and she had me laughing by the end of the call. GREAT company to work with! Called to get a estimate to replace central air, furnace and water heater. Its going to be around 5 to 6 thousand. Young man came out took a look around, said it would be 6500 for the air and heat. Said I would get a detailed estimate by email. Two days, nothing!! How about a sales pitch, product information? Sell me!!! Still no idea on replacing the water heater!

Had them visit my unit for a quote on HVAC. Was told estimate will be sent within 1 hour. Got the estimate after a day for a rediculus 16.5k for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment unit replacement. Called them again to check if this was a mistake but they never got back. I dont understand why they have such good reviews on Google! Two stars because they were at least polite throughout the process.

After calling at least three businesses on Yelp, Hani from Oasis called back immediately. He was at my house within 30 minutes. Hani recognized the problem, replaced the capacitor, and my house started cooling! It had gone up to 86 degrees in the house. Hani’s customer service was excellent and all this was on July 5 - a holiday! I will definitely use Oasis again as well as recommend them to others!

Oasis is professional yet personable. I called and scheduled someone to come give me a quote - when Danny arrived he was on time and got me a quote same day! Oasis was competitive but came in a bit lower than the other two quotes. My project is a totally gut rehab and I had to reschedule Oasis a couple of times because I had to wait for the concrete guys to pour. Anyway, Oasis was flexible and told me to give them as much notice as I could but that they would come as soon as they could. When I was finally ready I called and they came and installed that week! They installed 2 furnaces, 2AC’s, and exhaust punched through the roof all in 2 days. They collaborated and worked nicely with my plumbers who were on site. Upon finishing the work we walked through it and I was able to inspect everything. These guys are super knowledgeable. Both Danny in sales and the owner answered any questions I had about side vent AC, and brand comparisons. 3 or 4 guys on the job .... fast, clean, personable, professional. Oh also they hauled away a couple of junk furnaces on site. I would hire Oasis!

Mike and his team have done it again!!!!I had a great experience with Oasis back in December 2014 when our furnace (in a previous home) decided to die in the middle of a record cold snap. Mike was the. Only. HVAC contractor to call me back!!Fast forward six years. Our ac ( new home) was not pulling its weight Tuesday. At 4:30 am I used the HomeMend app to request a service appt. I selected the 10 am slot. At 6:30 am Mike called and asked if he could stop by then as it was a busy day. Of course I said yes!!!!!After a thorough investigation of the issue it was determined that the 23 year old AC needed to be replaced. Mike offered the 7 am spot on Thursday.Right on time (just as they were in 2014) The Oasis crew of 4 specialists showed up before the 7 am scheduled time! For our initial service call, the gentleman was 1.5 hours late. He determined the problem within a few minutes, and was in a rush to get out. We paid over $100 for this initial call. He then bid the job and the prices seemed high. They provided no price transparency or any options.Therefore, we got a Free service call with a Competitor. They were much more professional and bid at a lower price. They also provided transparency to what we were buying and options. Did i mention this service call with the competitor was free?I give two stars to Oasis because they did correctly diagnose the problem. But they were unprofessional and their bid was too high, so we did not go with them. I am unhappy that I paid over $100 for this service.

We could not be happier with the price and great service we received from Mike and his team at Oasis Heating & Cooling. Our AC went out (on a hot summer week, of course) and we had another company come out to provide a quote. It seemed high so we called Oasis to get a second quote. Mike came out the next morning (a Friday) and gave us a quote that was $1000 lower for the same unit His guys showed up first thing Monday morning and installed it. They were efficient, kind, polite, neat and very knowledgeable. This is a top-notch company and we will recommend them to everyone we know. !

Once again, Oasis proved that they are honest, reliable, competent and courteous. We recently had to replace a furnace, which can be daunting, but they did a wonderful job and when something needed to be tweaked shortly after the installation, they sent someone out immediately to solve the problem. All the employees Ive dealt with have been wonderful but Danny deserves an extra shout-out for being particularly helpful and clever in determining (and explaining) the issue.

Our furnace died right before Christmas, and we were scrambling to find a reputable heating and cooling service to come out. Based on reviews, we decided to give Oasis a try. They did not disappoint!! Very professional and reasonably priced. They came out right away, and within 48 hours, we had a new system installed - all the work was done in one day. When we had an issue with our Nest thermostat (was already installed) and we thought it was related to the new furnace, we called them and they came out within an hour to take a look at no extra cost to us. They diagnosed the issue (we simply needed a common wire installed) and they even did the work for us. I love this company and will be using them for all my heating/cooling needs!

Great experience with Oasis. Well priced. Had the awesome repair guy with the Navy tattoos, I think his name was Joshua, would recommend him. He was very respectful to my house, shoes off and cleaned up, and explained everything to me in a way a non-ac/heating person could understand. He even figured out why my whole house humidifier was not working and fixed it. Im not looking anywhere else from now on.

Honnie (sp?) was great! He provided an exact time the day prior unlike previous companies Ive used who give up to a 5 hour window. He was there exactly on time, which is impressive when you think about what they may have come across earlier in the day to make them early. He fixed the issue with the furnace in no time and said that the 2005 high-efficiency unit is running well and looks to have a lot of life left. Suggested not to consider replacement anytime soon, but provided a specific amount to budget for when we do wish to do so in the future. I wont be calling anyone else ever again. Cannot ask for anything else. Non-commission based company. Courteous. Fast. Great staff (both answering the phone and repairman, who was also a manager). Small business. Local. Reasonably priced.

We called Oasis in for a second opinion on some suspect repairs - turns out,we were being ill-advised from another service provider. Danny was our technician and he did an amazing job at explaining our options, doing the work, and showing up on time. He even gave us a couple pro tips for using our Nest learning thermostat. Great experience and service! Communication with Hani was over phone and through text. He was able to beat a competitors price by $250 and also have it installed next day. The installation technicians were polite, courteous, and punctual (They arrived 10 minutes before appointment). Asim and the second technician (didnt get his name) performed the job well and fast. After installation, they walked me through what they did and where they did it. I do recommend Oasis to others for their heating/cooling needs.
