I am not experiencing any of these problems as they spray and inspect thus they keep them from ever becoming a problem. They do a great job of anticipating problems before they appear.

To whom it may concern,I would like to recognize one of your employees for his presence and help on a car accident today. The scene was chaotic and an older gentleman was trapped inside of a car and was hurt. Once your employee took control of the situation and climbed into the crashed car, the chaos dissipated and turned calm. He was an angel from heaven. He was compassionate, kind, and appeared to know what he was doing until EMS arrived. When your employee out of the vehicle with the injured person he acted like nothing had happened and waved and thanked everyone for helping and left as nothing had happened. I am amazed and thankful he was driving by when he did. I did not catch his name but it was truck # 791 and we were by spirit of St. Louis airport in chesterfield about 5pm on Friday the 21st. When our contract ends I would love to have him as my technician!!!!Bob and Debra Furlow

Jon was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable about getting rid of my mole infestation!! He caught and killed four moles within a week. He knew how the runs work with these critters. We had someone else try, we tried traps and worms with no luck. He came right out and got them. He keeps an eye out and then will come out on a schedule and if I see anything I will call. When we see a new run (moles), we call & they come the same day & set more traps. They check the traps the next day. Theyre very good & always let you know when theyve been there, how many theyve caught, and how many additional traps theyve set. We highly recommend them.

Go somewhere else, BIGGEST waste of money. I had them come out to treat the bee damage on my home, the exterminator asked me where the bee damaged was and did not walk my home to seek any additional damage like I would expect an exterminator to do. Was at my house for maybe 15 minutes and when I called dispatch to understand the work that was preformed the exterminator was gone, but still clocked into the ticket it make it look like he was at my house longer than he really was.Then they came out to do another treatment another charge mind you, and did not call to confirm that I still wanted them to come out and instead showed up. Showed up with nothing to finish the treatment so had to come back the following day. On the following day I receive a message that the exterminator could not fill but two holes and the other ones were too high to get to.BIGGEST WASTE OF $300. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I’ve been using Rottler for years and have always been impressed by their knowledge, dedication, and dependability. Our service tech, Mark, has gone above and beyond in more instances than I can remember with our recurrent mole problem. I didn’t think there could be an even higher level of above and beyond, but I was recently proven wrong when an armadillo started tearing up our lawn. We had a particularly difficult situation, with a back yard that borders to common ground with a creek bed and many potential hiding places for this crafty nocturnal critter. Mark was here literally every day of the week except Sunday, attempting to find its lair and continually moving traps to new, likely locations. Due to our challenging situation, even the owner, Gary, came out to help. Communication was exceptional throughout this process. We received handwritten notes and email updates with pictures and voice clips. Mark’s tenacious persistence finally paid off with an apprehended armadillo! But Mark wasn’t done yet… He then worked exceedingly hard to seal off the multiple potential burrow sites near the creek with a combination soil, rocks, and chicken wire on wooden stakes to reduce the likelihood of other incoming critters. I am VERY grateful for Mark and Rottler and highly recommend them without reservation to anyone with a pest problem.

Corie arrived on time, asked if I would like him to treat the interior (I did), and was very courteous, including wearing a mask to protect me from Covid 19. In return, I donned my mask while he was in my home so that I would not infect him if I were asymptomatic but infected. Rottler is an outstanding service company, in my opinion.

Rottler is a good company but here are some recommendations:I left a message to be called prior to service. I got a call that the service tech would get a message to call me. NO CALL.I garden to attract butterflies and if I don’t need insecticide I don’t want it sprayed . They just don’t understand that.I don’t recommend the mole service. They tried the “ get rid of the grubs” routine. Moles eat earthworms!!! Don’t poison my yard to kill all the worms.I use the termite service and that has been good except the tech keeps forgetting where the stations are so some are checked and some are not.

Armadillo removal is a relatively new experience for those of us in Missouri. Corie Smith from Rottler has doggedly tracked the armadillo(s) that were tearing up our lawn and flower beds. He listens to our observations and concerns each time we see him. He is a true professional. Thank you, Rottler!

Rottler takes care of our property with 500 apartment units. One guy comes out once a week and visits the units that have called in with an issue and everyone seems to be happy... no complaints. I have worked over many properties during my career in Property Management and this property has the most units I have ever had at once and the least bug issues. I give this company 5 stars easy.

I was surprised given that they are usually great, but the driver leaving my property ran over a flower bed, dislodging a 50 pound rock with the vehicle, leaving it in the middle of the driveway. A tire mark burned onto the rock, and drove away. Hard to understand
