I went there yesterday and the service was horrible I have gone there a couple times and it hasn’t been bad but this man did my nails and they are horrible looking and I tried to say something about it yesterday and the lady tried to clean around my nails but that’s it. the acrylic is sloppy and bumpy looking I will never go back I even tried to see if they would allow me to get some of my money back and they refused

It was not a great experience. I had a pedicure, and the guy only filed one set of toes and only clipped skin from around toe area on one foot. Looks like I did it myself.

Loved our nails when we did them in december. But the next salon I went to in a different state told me that it wasnt evenly done. I had noticed but I thought no one else would. So if you feel there is a mistake, feel free to let them know so they can do it correctly.

This place is awesome! It was clean and safe pre pandemic and is during. They have made adjustments obviously like every other nail salon. They clean, and the nail tubs are clean. Most importantly they wash their hands, and wear face guards. Great people trying to make a living in during this pandemic!

This location is inside walmart, so people are not coming here for the atmosphere. But the prices are great, and I have no complaints on my nails.

I occasionally get my nails done here. Every time I come I noticed less costumers on what should be the most busy days . Nails done okay a little below average. Yesterday 09/09/19 I got my nails done two days before going on vacation. Manager made my nails so thick it covered my cuticles, As if the acrylic was covering the sides of my fingers past the actual real nail . Horrible... I paid 122.00 for full set and pedicure. It look horrible. She tried to fix it the day of, WHEN I COMPLAINED. And look so bad nothing could really be done at that time SHOP was closing. Next day came back for her to fix it. She told me you sit down over there, very rudely pointing her finger. Then began being rude to my mom. Creating a big scene. Over the top rude. SO RUDE I RECORDED HOW MEAN AND RUDE SHE WAS. all over fixing her mistake. At this point I decided to leave. And had to pay 50 dollars at another nail shop to fix my nails.. total spent 172.00I have posted pictures of my nails in pink on this Google site. Please beware. Really be careful. You be the judge ...look at my nails. . Look wide, thick, covering mostly my whole finger with acrylic . Then show the customer so much disrespect. Horrible experience.

I’ve had these nails for a week and when it was time to take them off I soaked them in 100% acetone and when I tell you they were not coming off at all!! they were literally like cement even when biting them off the still were difficult to take off soaking em and scrapping them did not work at all Highly Not recommended

Came to town for work and after calling several nail salons, I decided on this one. I got dipping powder. Within 2 days I had a nail crack, and within 5 days almost every nail was cracked, peeling and/or chipping. I have never had an experience like this with dipping powder. Needless to say, I was back at a different salon in less than a week needing my nails done properly.

Great prices and they make you feel comfortable. The hospitality starts at the door. I love my nails and will be a regular here🥰

Love the Regal Nail Salons. Generally they are inside of the walmarts, and some Salons are great and some need some updates and better service. I really love the Regal located in Walmart at Sams Circle, Chesapeake 23320. Jen is amazing and very helpful and tells you what you will pay for the services you all for b4 she even starts, so no surprises. Rose the owner is very sweet and also very good. Jens mom does only pedicures and she does mine almost always and I feel like a VIP everytime. Great massage to my legs and toes always look great. Jen also does my eyebrow waxing and perfect everytime she does mine. Highly recommend this Regal at Sams Circle to everyone.......👍😄

Was the 2nd to the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. The chairs need to be ugraded. Some of the staff lack enthusiam about their workmanship. The prices were unregulated. I paid three different prices for the same service. The employees need costumer service training. For the prices they charge the service/salon needs to be upgraded.

I would never go back to this shop i received horrible service from the owner Rose. She did a horrible job on my nails and was just very unprofessional about fixing the problem. I have been going to this shop for years and have never complained even though there were times when i wasnt always satisfied with the service.I would advise anyone who is considering doing business here to go somewhere else.The owner is very rude and unprofessional .

Received a fill in and had my cuticle cut by the drill. Went back the next day and told the female that did my nails to look at my cuticle. 1st she told me my cuticle wasn’t cut, then told me I must have did something to my cuticle once I left the nail shop. Her next response was what do you want me to do? BEWARE!

I come here on occasion this time the husband done my nails...I shouldve waited .... .he charged me more (and I got them shorter with reg polish) than she does and she does a way better job with gel polish and the length I like for less got home and realized my nail was cricked ok i said you cant tell unless you look really hard..I got my nails done on Friday Sunday 3 nails come off...the next 3 day nails just popping off..my husband said to complain but I dont like drama I just wont go back...

Though this nail shop is very tight its really nice. I visited for the 1st time today and was treated very well. I got a full set w gel polish (also my first time gettin gel polish). This salon is very unique and im going to tell you why.... They honor what the customers wants. So if you like multicolors they dont charge you more than one color. Very pleasant staff. Im going back!!!

Nails did not last long at all compared to other nail salons and price was higher for lower quality.
