They were very fast and the salon had a great vibe in it, everyone was talking. My nail guy was great I even changed the shape a few times and it was not a problem! Definitely recommend them 100%

I asked for a super natural eyelash look and that’s exactly what I received! Mink Clusters were very inexpensive.

Have gotten my nails done here a couple times before. Went in not even a week ago for a pedicure w/ gel and dip nails paid $130 w/tip. Not even a couple days after one nail broke completely and I noticed on multiple others nails the top coat was coming off and other nails ready to break. Went back in today to get them fixed and she “fixed up” only couple of them which still look awful… could NOT believe she let me walk out with my nails looking like this once again. Not impressed with how the polish on my toes look, but was not even about to mention that.. just wanted to get out of there. Very frustrated considering the money I paid and being completely embarrassed of my nails a few days after even after being “fixed”. Will not be returning.

I really had high hopes for this place bc of their rating. Plus, its close & convenient, not over priced. But, unfortunately, my experience was a painful one. Idk the name of the lady doing my mani/pedi and while she was very nice & did a nice job painting my toes & fingers, she was so rough with my cuticles & trimming my nails almost every single toe & finger bleed. She took a huge chunk out of my left middle finger cuticle. Plus, she cut the skin UNDER my nails, which was weird & has left the skin rough & uneven. Im not sure if Ill go back. If I do, I will request to have someone else do my nails.

Definitely will not be returning for service. I got a pedi and fill in done. I did not catch the man’s name but he was so rude. I showed him a picture of what I wanted (it was really the length and shape that i wanted him to achieve). He was rough, acting like he had an attitude the whole time and when I asked him to fix something. When i asked him to fix the shape, he tosses the filer at me and tells me to show him the shape I want😐🤬 like sir this is your job and I am giving you the money so do it right.Long story short, bad experience and terrible attitude.

I really enjoy this Nail Salon. The employees do not bring their childern to work like other salons I have been to. Prices are reasonable. Everyone who works there are very nice. My nails always look great.

Im not one to do reviews. But I felt like this time it needed it. I went the get a full set and had a picture for reference and my tech she said she could achieve that said photo. It was a blue ombre and my nails are no where near an ombre. Also, she cut 4 of my fingers during filing. So if you want to go here, bring bandaids.

Went here last Friday for a basic pedicure with my boyfriend! We came in and was greeted with a smile from everyone! Don did my pedicure and he did an excellent job! I’m super ticklish and I’m very picky with cleanliness and Professionalism. They are very sanitary and professional! I just came back this Friday for a full set acrylic and they shaped my nails so Perfectly! They are very observant and checked over their work before they move on to next steps. Tina is a wonderful nail tech and is very sweet and confident in her work! The Style and organization is amazing! Other salons I have been to are not very good looking and not very organized!I will for sure come back! Thank you nail star!

They want to push their own agenda on you. They are not experienced with doing nails.

I thought this place would be well but overall did a good job except for the fact she kept drilling and it wasn’t even on my nail it was my skin and my middle finger on the right was the worst. The cut was very deep and it hurt and right after squirted alcohol all over my nails when you could clearly see my cut. She continued to be very rough with me and my fingers twisting them each and every direction which really hurt. I like the way they look but did not feel good.

I got my nails done long and coffin Jennifer did my nail perfect before a trip to Miami. I was only visiting. Literally just flew back into town two weeks later just to let her redo my nails never had a full set this long in length last this long. Excellent service.

For the cheap price you pay, you also pay for cheap nails that may break easily or be very bulky.

Friendly and professional staff. Very efficient while getting pedicure they started the removal process for the dip powder on my nails. I got a regular pedicure with regular polish and dip powder with gel polish since the color I liked wasnt in dip powder. I did enjoy the experience I think the tech did a pretty good job no pain or messing up my nail bed. Ill know more if it lasts longer then a week. Ive been having a hard time finding a place that does dip powder that lasts and has options as far as colors like glow in the dark. Not a lot of places in the area have options, and staff capable of doing a good job so fingers crossed this will become my go to place.

I asked that my nails be redone from scratch, she striped my nails and painted them supposedly with gel, All my nails broke to the core of my skin!! They never have anyone available and they are rude! If you are going to have a business in USA 🇺🇸 please at least learn communications Skill!!😖🤮🤬

Came into town to visit family and I came here to get my nails done with high expectations due to the great reviews. I was really disappointed with the service. My nails were done by the man (not sure his name) but I wanted teal with a white accent nail with glitter. He told me they don’t have white glitter! What nail salon doesn’t have white glitter? Lol. He was just lazy and didn’t want to get it. Then the “teal” I wanted was ninja turtle lime green and when I told him this isn’t the color I wanted he had the audacity to tell me it’s the color I wanted! I always pay a good tip but I refused to tip. It should of been handled better and my nail should of been what I wanted initially. I don’t have time to come back I don’t even live here. Not to mention how annoyed he was with the kids that were in the salon. He stated that these kids been in here all day and how they annoyed him. I have kids and understand that sometimes I have to take my children with me and they may not be quiet and a nail salon should be a family friendly environment. Never again will I do business or recommend this place.

Seriously the best salon I’ve been to. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile by everyone. The staff was so friendly. You girls and guys know how hard it is to find a good salon! I highly recommend them. The do beautiful work I am extremely pleased with the quality of the service and products they use!! They also send you home with tools to bring back when you get another service done! That’s a sign of a good salon. And prices are very reasonable!

Very polite and professional!! Uses clean supplies for pedicures which is a plus. They offer beverages and ensure that they take their time completing your service. I love how the older lady do my eyebrows and lashes. I have been going here since May.

This was a relaxing and very professional nail salon. I had a long overdue pedicure. Mimi took her time and addressed all the issues My feet had. I saw a 200% improvement in the look and feel of my feet. I would recommend this salon to anyone. Next time Im getting a Mani & Pedi!

They were SUPER nice but my nails however, TERRIBLE! they had bubbles in them and weren’t even shaped right they were bulky and ugly. the man didn’t even paint my nails all the way! I’m so disappointed and let down because of how my nails look! But however if you want to get a mani look for MS TINA she fixed my nails when I came back and fixed my nails with no hesitation!!

Friendly but 2 nails broke in the first week. I was on vacation so I wasn’t rough with them. One broke picking up a pen :( They are overpriced...especially for what I got, which wasn’t even what I asked for.

I’m only giving this salon a 2 star based on my last experience. It’s a great salon, the people are very friendly & it’s a relaxing environment. Usually Tina has done my nails the past couple times I’ve been here and she’s great. But I went there to get a full set and soak off, I was charged $40 dollars. The guy who did my nails I’ve neever seen before, he seemed like he was frustrated the whole time, my nails are very boxy and he didn’t even bother to shave under the nails to get the extra acrylic left under, I should have asked at the time I paid why I spent $40 dollars when I wasn’t really happy with how they looked but I was just frustrated because I feel like he rushed and just wanted me out of the chair, I called to ask how much a soak off and full set was and they said $35 so why I was charged $40 was a little upsetting especially because they nails aren’t even as good as they should be. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind spending the money if I’m happy with the service, but if you’re gonna charge someone that much at least act like you like your job. Quality is everything.

Second time going to this shop. I had an issue with my manicure. It was fixed quickly and Im satisfied with the results.

Inexperienced nail technician completely messed up my dip nails and then tried to send me off with nails that looked clumpy, thick, and bloby with two layers of gel on top to try and hide how bad the color was. They tried to fix it only after I said something and then made it look bad instead of horrible. I had to get a color I didn’t even want because it was so messed up that I had to choose a darker color. They still charged me 40 dollars for nails that look they were done by a toddler. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The coolest thing just happened... I went to a new nail salon, #NailStar! Me and my talkative self was talking to the staff about the #ChineseNewYear and it being the #YearOfThePig like I knew them. So, before I left one of the men (possibly the manager) walked over to me, put this envelope down and said he was giving me some #ChineseMoney... Of course I said #ThankYou and thought to myself that was a really sweet gesture because it was really cute! I never looked inside because it didnt look like anything was in there! Been going to Nail Star for months,. Tina always did my nails . Yesterday 7/26/18 she ask me to let another lady to do my nails. BIG MISTAKE. $50 later nails look like someone right out nail school did them . Lumpy thin & flat . 1 broke within 3 hrs . I know they knew I wasnt happy and yet didnt do anything to try and rectify. I always wondered why they were never busy like other shops ..... now I see .
