Horrible service. Would not allow me to get my car on Saturday. Had to wait and pay an extra $25 for Sunday. My car was damaged at the location. Another car was dumped into mine denting and scratching my rear end. The guy tried to tell me it’s been there. The dents and scratches were fresh. Filing a complaint with my insurance and Chesapeake Police Department, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

THE OWNER/DISPATCHER TOLD ME HE HOPE I FLIP MY TRUCK OVER ADN DIE IN A CRASH. WOW..... HE TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME FOR A TOW AND I TOLD HIM I DID NOT WANT HIM TO COME OUT. THE COMANY THAT CAME TO TOW RESPECTS TRUCK DRIVERS AND ALL THAT THEY DO TO PROVIDE FOR AMERICA. BAY RECOVERY TRIED TO GET OVER ON ME BECAUSE HE KNEW THE POLICE WAS THERE.

My vehicle was damaged by Adam: cracked tail light assembly, scrapped paint on tailgate.He backed in my driveway and lifted my vehicle like it was a repossion before making contact with me. I pointed out that I saw the damage he did and he denied it. I need my truck fixed by Bay Towing

Bay recovery outstanding outfit, Rush Hour broke down on the interstate raining, could not have been more than 45 minutes, seem like I just hung up the phone with them and they were there,. Treated my vehicle and myself, with the highest level of customer service Ive ever experienced. Got my vehicle and myself home safely. Thanks Bay recovery I recommend Bay recovery to anyone who needs immediate service it an emergency.

Drivers will speed with unsecured vehicles spitting debris at cars behind them; a company with uncaring employees who will talk condescendingly to you over the phone when addressed with these issues despite these being life threatening hazards that you’re reporting. You are responding to a FATAL CAR ACCIDENT- and you opt to drive and behave like THAT? Not professional, not safe.

This place has $350 of my dollars! Please arrest the owner of this place. I did not do anything wrong, and when they towed my vehicle there was a parked car in the way so technically they stole my vehicle.

It is what it is, but my experiences were only positive. They were helpful and accommodating.

Bay Recovery came and towed our vehicle within about 40 from the initial call for towing. Thats quick. Wil, the driver, was friendly and courteous.

I have probably had 15 cars towed by them. The drivers are absolutely wonderful. However, the lady that answers the phone is one of the most rude, foul mouthed people I have ever met with no exaggeration. She seems offended that you actually called her at all. She is horribly lacking in knowledge but is eager to share all she “knows” which makes no sense. It seems she got mad at the world for something and is on a mission to get even. “F_ _ _ off” is her go to phrase when you gently try to explain to her what she said is not accurate” She says she owns the company. She says that right before she tells you to “f_ _ _ off”. However, once again, the drivers are the absolute best and a pleasure to work with. I have never, ever had a problem with them. That’s why I’ve continued to use them. But I’ve had enough.

Jamie and Kevin are friendly, professional and run an honest, ethical towing business. We requested that they move a storage container to a different location in our parking lot. They provided the best pricing of anyone we spoke with. Their driver, Will, was on time in a clean, well maintained, new flatbed. Will was also very professional, safe and took the time to do the job exactly how we wanted it. The job turned out to be a little more complicated that we initially thought. When I called to find out what the updated price was Kevin told me we should pay what we thought it was worth over the original quote. It doesnt get any better than that regardless of the business you are working with. We will refer all of our customers to Bay Recover for their towing needs!!! Stellar service!

The driver of the tow truck cut me off on a rain-slicked Little Neck Road and was doing upwards of 55 mph in a 35 mph zone. Would not trust this guy towing my vehicle.

This company is awesome! Ive used them twice now and Id recommend them to anyone. Theyre dependable, fast and really courteous. Larry was my driver and he was really great. He even opened the door for me after he loaded my car and it was time to go :) They beat out every other company I called on price by $70 and gave me beyond excellent customer service! The lady who answers the phone is really ignorant and rude she has the worst customer service ever. She even cussed on the phone at me because the dealership I received my car from mistakenly gave me the wrong address so that my old car could be dropped off and she doesn’t need to be working for this company if it’s a great towing place she’s gonna say it to the wrong person one day and it’s not gonna be a good day for her. She needs some home training. Or if she doesn’t like her job then quit she always answers the phone in an unprofessional way.

Show up promptly and cleaned up crash screen then instead of dumping debris in trash they threw it on the drivers seat and floor complete with broken glass and oil dry...have photos

The white female receptionist threw my card and my ID on the counter top at me once I informed her that it would be nice to know that I needed a visa with the car owners name on it to get the car out. She responded with so I told her that was the problem. Im a black female who is pregnant. She then told me that my card didnt Go through ( there was no issue with my debit card it was the same card I used to withdraw money) and that I needed cash. I left to and came back but she was not there. She locked the doors and made us wait for her return. Luckily her cell phone number was on the door my fiancee called and she said she was in Target and would be back. We had to wait for 40 minutes...just for her to tell me that she didnt have change to give me for paying $140 for a bill that was $135. I would never recommend this place to anyone due to poor customer service and bad business.
