This place is amazing. I recently needed to find a new nail place due to my old one switching owners. When I arrived I was greated with smiles! The work they do is amazing. I am very particular about my nails and they exceeded my expectations. They were a joy to work with and made me feel so welcome even though it was my first time there. They have for sure gained a new and very happy client. Highly recommend!

I just moved back to the area from NYC. I needed another to-go nail salon that can actually do a full set ombré correctly. I did my research on Instagram and I am so so so extremely happy with my results. Jasmine did an amazing job on my nails. I felt bad for her because I like my nails very long with a coffin shape and she really took her time on me. 2 1/2 hours well worth for my perfect nails! I highly recommend going here if you want that celebrity look of acrylic ombré nails.

I called last week on June 3rd to book an appointment for this Monday June 7th at 5:30pm, but I couldn’t make the appointment. So I called on Monday morning at 9:19am to reschedule. I spoke to a man and he let me know I’m all set to be rescheduled for today, Friday June 11, at 5:30pm. I then received a call on Monday at 5:35 with the exact words “You have an appointment.” Without even saying who it was to begin with. I realized it was a different man from the salon and I mentioned to him I spoke to another man this morning to reschedule for Friday. He then asked for my name to confirm and then said “ok bye” and hung up on me. I assumed all was fine. However, I just went into the salon for my appointment today (Friday June 11) and they told me my appointment was Thursday and that they called me. I checked my call log and I didn’t have a single call or voicemail left for me. I understand that people make mistakes and miscommunications happen, but to put the blame all on me is unprofessional in my opinion. If they had just said there was a miscommunication and scheduling was messed up some how I would have understood and not have been writing this review. Instead, I was made to seem like I was an inconvenient client that doesn’t understand anything.

Jasmine does amazing work. Everytime I come in shes ready to see the picture of the nails I want and she never disappoints. I love her work and shes an amazing person. Always happy and smiling. Salon is always clean and everyone is so polite. Definitely recommend Sun nails & spa to everyone. Im so happy I started coming here.

This place is terrible. i did my nails with jasmine and she filed my nails so thin that Im missing nails on my fingers. i showed it to her and she practically blamed it on me. never again will i go back

Jasmine does an amazing job every single time Im in there. I have never left disappointed and she always takes her time and put so much detail and effort into every single nail. I followed her from another salon and I am so glad that I did. My only advice to new customers is to call and set up an appointment only because its a small business with about half a dozen workers so they get busy very quickly. They are worth the wait dot-dot-dot also shes the only person that I trust with my eyebrows and they are never disappointing. If I could get more than five stars I would. I hope she never moves out of town Id be lost without her!!!!

My daughter daughter-in-law and had made an appointment with another salon when we arrived they said we were not in the book. No customer service. We found Sun Nails the customer service was top notch. We had pedicures and it was the best one I have had. Both my daughter and daughter-in-law said “we are never going anywhere else.”

2 stars because quality of work is OK, staff are very kind but they need help with managing appointments. Salon was busy, everyone had appointments and technicians would leave clients with appointments to wait and still take care of walk ins. My appointment was at 11am, I was not late at all and I was seated within 5-10 minutes from arriving for my spa pedicure and full set. During my pedicure, a walk in came in, gave a sob story about needing her gel manicure done and cannot come back later because she’s “waiting for her doctor to call her and let her know when to go to the emergency room.” Note; this is now 12pm on a Friday. My technician decided to leave me mid pedicure to take care of the walk in instead and I found that extremely rude considering the fact I made the appointment the day before and it’s not hard to tell a customer “SORRY WE’RE CURRENTLY BOOKED.” My pedicure was not done until 1pm. Pedicure water was cold since the beginning and after waiting so long for someone to continue my service, I didn’t bother telling them nor did they even ask if the water was ok. On top of that he did not ask how I’d like my nails cut/shaped and his massage was painful. It’s nice that the workers take their time with you but even when they have appointments coming in or waiting, they take way too long. The quality of work is nice but time management is unacceptable. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend until they figure out how to properly care for their clients.

Im very disappointed because I was recommended by a friend and I saw that there work is good. I made a appointment for 1 and I went, there was no one there so i called several times and no one was answering and I have a event this week so, this was a inconvenient

Such a cute and clean salon. The staff is amazing!! I’ve been to many nail salons in the area and this is the only one I will go to now. They always do such an amazing job and really take care of you so you feel pampered.

Have walked in before and there was no trouble to do my nails. This time, called earlier in the day and made an appointment at 5:00. Got there around 5:04, was asked if I could wait and I said, yes thinking itd be 15, 20 minutes at most of a wait. 5:50 rolls around and still not taken care of. Had to be in Tyngsboro at 6:30 so I had to leave. Disappointed because they are very good at their work, but the time management needs help. If you tell me that you can see me at 5:00, I dont expect to be waiting an extra 50 minutes after the scheduled appointment.
