A quiet and comfortable nail salon. While it does have plenty of seating for services, there are only so many workers. That stated, the service was fast, the wait minimal and the performance adequate.I did have to keep cleaning my own nails, bit aside from that, for a natural manicure (no polish) and a fix of a ripped nail, he did a good job. My waxing was also ok. The underarms still have a few short hairs, which is a bit of a pet peeves for me, but my legs are smooth. She kept my natural shape on my brows, much to my pleasure.The best part of my service was my pedicure. My toes look amazing. If you are unable to get an appointment at your regular salon, this will do as a substitute.

I’ve been here before for a pedicure and it was wonderful. Today I went for a manicure and it felt like I wasn’t even in the same business! The man who did my mani used the dremel to remove old dip even though I asked him to use acetone and hot water soak. He burned 2 of my nails by going too far onto my own nails after the dip was gone. The lady had to come interpret what I wanted because he didn’t understand what I was saying. He rubbed the old dip off so hard one of my nails bruised. He left the acetone cotton ball foil wrap on some of my fingernails so long I have white spots which can be seen through the new dip. When he filed my nails he cut my finger with the emery board by going so fast! There was no manicure. No cuticle trim. Nothing. The way they do a mani is more of a polish change.Nothing even close to how my pedicure went!! THAT was lovely! Spent $40 for this. Not going back.

Beautiful establishment that was super clean. The pedicure chairs were great and they offer free massages while your nails dry.

Honestly, I was worried about going back to get my nails done at the place I used to go. A friend suggested we try A’gaci so we did and I’m so happy! The facility to gorgeous, clean, and I feel safe being there. Customer service is their top priority! Also, I’m pretty fussy when it comes to how thick my gels are and without even saying anything they do a perfect job; strong but thin gel topping. Could not be more pleased, thank you.

I made a same day appointment for a pedicure and my first dip manicure. The pedicure - was with callus treatment and she scrubbed my feet of all dead skin cells which was amazing and the 1st time ive had such a good/full pedicure. I cant wait to go back! my polish lasted for a long time. Great service! They also have weekday specials from Monday to Wednesday~~

Girlfriend loves this place. Her nails always wonderful. Few hiccups with damaging nails after getting them done and these folks addressed it with no charge. Great service.

I’ve frequented A’gaci Nails for about 3 years, returning every other week for a gel manicure and pedicure. Every experience I’ve had here has been nothing short of lovely. I’ve never had to ask for a specific nail technician because I know that everyone who works here is outstanding. Today, I had the pleasure of having Irene perform my manicure and pedicure. She really took her time and my nails came out perfect as usual. I’ve also had great experiences with Emily, Stella and Leo just to name a few. A’gaci really goes the extra mile making regular pedicures feel like spa pedicures. Every service is completed with paraffin wax along with hand, feet and back massages. This salon is also top-notch for cleanliness, they have visible autoclave’s, every nail technician always opens new implements right in front of you, everything they use is disposable. The atmosphere is very relaxing, there aren’t any TVs and the music is soothing. I always leave feeling not only super relaxed but feeling great about my hands and feet! I highly recommend A’gaci for high quality luxury service.

So Wonderful! My poor nails have been dry and brittle with all the cold weather and holiday rush and Vivian still managed to make them look beautiful! The paraffin dip also helped with the hand re-hydration efforts. Got a lovely neck and shoulder massage while nails getting tended to as well and now feel fully refreshed for upcoming festivities. People are gentle and friendly. The polish last for a long time, and the massages are marvelous. There is definitely a spa like atmosphere. The space is beautiful, open and sunny, and the music is relaxing.

Agaci does the most amazing job! I got dip powder put on, and they didn’t charge me to take the old polish off. They were so thorough with the nail filing and cuticle cutting and my nails came out perfect!

The place is beautiful and everyone is very nice and friendly except the guy who actually did my nails. Made rude comments the entire time and was aggressive, shoving my hands inside the UV lamp and got mad that a piece of lint got on my nail from my shirt when he grabbed my hand and it caused my nail to bump on my shirt causing the lint. He is extremely unprofessional and has no business working here. Its a shame because the rest of the staff and the place itself is great but I will not be coming back after such treatment.

Outstanding service for the price. Mani-pedis include neck & hot rock massage. Paraffin wax included. Clean, relaxing atmosphere. Professional, friendly technicians. This is a must-go to experience for yourself. Highly recommend.

Leo was is a true professional when I recieved my gel manicure and regular manicure. David provided an awesome massage that came with the package. Place was super clean and staff was friendly.

I had to change my review. I’ve only gone a handful of times, but they must be going down hill like other reviewers are saying. The people there are rude. Don’t be fooled by the nice appearance of the place. I was mocked by the owner and 2 nails techs because I had pictures of what I wanted. But didn’t know exactly what it was. Whether it was dip acrylic etc. they made me feel dumb. Gave me attitude. And this one girl stood next to my nail tech my whole appointment talking her ear off. It wasn’t English but I could tell by her tone and body language that they were talking badly and probably about me. Maybe the owner should consider hiring more mature people.

Not worth the 30 dollars for a pedicure. I had one of the male employees, I felt very rushed while getting my pedicure and the polish was not on right is streaky and has bubbles, he even missed some of the nail completely. The free massage that they give you was a bit to intense and painful.

Was a little worried based off of other reviews, but decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did. Manicure is immaculate, atmosphere is great, as are the employees. Yes, the prices are a bit higher than other salons in the area but its absolutely worth it. Sealed tools were used which cant be said for any of the other salons Ive tried in the past 5+ years in the area. A complimentary shoulder / neck rub sealed the deal. Quality seems to be going downhill lately. After my last pedicure one of my toenails became ingrown. At my last manicure the tools were rusty and not properly cleaned before coming out of the sanitizer package. I could see stuff on the cuticle pusher and the clippers had a plastic cover that looked disgusting. The nail file was reused. The worst part is I noticed he didnt throw away the paraffin after removing it. Other stuff went in the trash behind him but the paraffin went off to the side... Like maybe they reuse it? Makes me sad... I used to love this place.

I tried them. They are next to my gym. Nope. It was horrible, they are rude and the implements were not clean. Do they understand that they can cause an infection? Not acceptable! There are plenty of great nail places around so I wont be returning there! I am going to get my nails fixed today at diamond nails on fletcher street. They always seem happy to see me and open their tools in front of me.

Amazing gel manicure!! So many extras and well worth the pricing. The atmosphere is gorgeous, people are very kind, and quality of everything is great. I cant wait to go back for a pedicure.

I had a bad experience here when they were under different management, but they really have turned things around. Had a fantastic pedicure, the technician really took his time and did a wonderful job. Very impressed with this place now and will be returning soon!

Amazing! Clean and friendly place and free massages!!! Got a pedicure didn’t have to wait at all and they take time with their neck and foot massages. All for $30! Can’t beat it amazing place and i’m picky with the aesthetic of places but this place is for boujee people 🥰

Nice relaxing atmosphere. The extras like the hand wax and massage is wonderful! My daughter and I go for the gel manicure and were surprised that they dont have us soak our nails in water first like other salons. The gel seems to last longer.

I just moved to the area and needed a refill I went Friday 10/12 was told they do not do acrylic And it would to be gel, honestly I was fine with this. By Sunday 10/14 my nails started chipping you can see the air bubbles from the nails that they so call refilled. Sure the place looks nice but they do not know what they are doing.

I went to Agaci for the 1st time today and got a spa pedicure and manicure from Leo. It was by far the best pedicure AND manicure I have ever received. I was there for 2 hours and my stress just melted away. The place is clean, staff is friendly, lots of color choices. Yes, it costs more than most places in the area but the spa pedicure was filled with hot stones, callus wax removal, an actual leg massage, and a choice of scents to choose from. I will be back. I read many reviews and was skeptical, but all I experienced was positive! I even watched the team paint toes and nails for a 4 year olds birthday and they were so sweet to her.

Love it here! Clean, lots of colors to choose from, and attention to detail. They put effort in by giving a mini back massage and paraffin during mani and pedis. A couple extra dollars than other places, but you get what you pay for!

Loved this place when it first opened. My last three visits changed my mind and I will not be going there any longer. One technician was using her dirty finger nails as tools, one was not hygenic with their running nose and my last visit the technician never actually looked at me, she was too busy chatting with friends. I complained to deaf ears. If you have rewards there, make sure you ask to use them because they do not offer for you to use them. It feels like a scam to me.

I had family come to visit and thought it would be nice for the girls to get mani/pedis. I booked all the appointments days in advance.I don’t normally go here, but it was recommended by a family member. I came into the salon 5 minutes early. Not one person acknowledged me when I walked in, and each staff member I spoke with seemed bothered and had an attitude. The man giving my grandmother a pedicure was extremely rude to her. I was absolutely appalled by the way he was speaking to her when she requested he file or cut her nails down more. Apart from that, I had made appointments for each of us. My aunt wasn’t taken until an hour after her appointment and I wasn’t taken until 15 minutes after my appointment time. I will never ever come back again and will advice against anyone coming here. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Amazing place will go back. Only thing is the prices are the highest in town however they really take their time and you get Pariffin wax included in your treatments and a back/neck/shoulder massage with all treatments. Around Christmas they gave me full size bottle of hand lotion just because. Kinda odd tho is they have the faux grey wood tile flooring that never was grouted? Lol. It gets VERY VERY slippery after pedicures. They should have slipmats in that area.

Used to be my favorite nail salon, but the more I went, the more I realized the gel manicures chip within a few days. The techs also seem very impatient and rushed. But the atmosphere is nice and relaxing! Steep prices, but they do some extras like massages and parrafin wax.

Clean salon with great service. Paraffin wax included with pedicure and manicure. Price is a little higher than I normally pay for mani/pedi. Love that its right next door to Lochness play space, my husband took the kids to play for an hour and I snuck away to get my nails done!

Very, very unprofessional!!! My friend made an appointment for 3 of us for a birthday treat. My friend had her nails done and the gentleman was extremely nice. My other friend sat down for a manicure and the woman got up and walked away. And my experience was awful. The woman was completely distracted by any and everything as she tried to start my manicure. And maybe 5 minutes into this a woman walked in for a eyebrow wax with no appointment. The woman that was supposed to be taking care of me gets up and takes this walk in eyebrow wax????? I was left there to sit while she did this for 15 minutes!!! Who does that? By now my friends nails are done, my other friend left because no one went over. This place completely unprofessional and I would never ever come back! We had 3 appointments and only one person got taken care of! This place is awful! Can’t stress that enough!

The first time I went to a’gaci it was fine. I spent $75 for a mani pedi, which is pretty steep for the area but I don’t mind paying for a place that has an autoclave. I went back to get a gel manicure, which is $35 (and I decline the massage and the parrifin wax)... it was pretty close to closing and the manager who was performing a manicure asked a girl who was cleaning up getting ready to leave asked her to take me on six. The girl declined and asked her friend to do it in Thai. He was finishing with a party of women getting ready for a wedding. He seemed annoyed and then accepted. I sat down and he asked me if I had gels, which I did. This seemed to annoy him. He told me at this point he had an appointment and got up. He came back and started trimming my cuticles with the dirty tools he had used on the party before me. I was horrified, but it’s not the first time something like this has happened to me so I didn’t speak up. He kept getting up to check on another client who was drying her nails to ask her if she wanted to pay. He came back and forcefully used a cuticle pusher to remove the gel polish... he was pretty annoyed about having to do my nails and kept throwing my fingers away to indicate that I should put them under the light. At one point he threw my freshly painted finger nails into the light and then complained that they had been damaged. The paint was sloppy and all over my fingers and cuticles. As I was leaving I was trying to pick the paint off and the manager asked me if it was ok. I told her that he had painted over my cuticles and under my fingernail. She told me she would fix it and Kevin the nail tech came over with the cuticle cutter he was using on another client and began cutting the skin around my nail and my cuticle. I generally don’t complain about things like this, but I specifically came to this salon because of the autoclave. I expected that it would be sanitary, however it was not. The next day my middle finger began swelling and began turning dark red. This is a sign of bacterial infection that can be brought on by cutting cuticles too aggressively or with dirty tools. I understand that it blows when someone shows up close to closing, but if you cannot serve me in the way that I deserve please tell me to come back another day.TLDR: don’t come too close to when they close because they will give you a sloppy manicure and use dirty tools on you and your finger may swell up to the size of a golf ball.
