I started coming to this salon during COVID, after things had opened back up a bit more, and I’m so happy I chose this salon. Scheduling is super easy, everyone is very nice and the nail techs always do an amazing job, I’d highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a safe and relaxing spa day!

I have always had a good experience. I go every 4 weeks for a performance manicure.All the girls do a great job but I love the way Rim does my nails I go to her all the time. The place is kept very clean and everyone wears Masks including customers so I feel very safe. I never have to wait, when I go for my appointment I am seated immediately to have my manicure done.

I have been here many times and everyone has been so good at what they do! I specifically had Jin tonight for a pedicure and manicure. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She did such a beautiful job without any question. This will forever be my favorite salon. Always a fun and lively time. I love all the staff there and they always make it an awesome experience!

This was by far the best pedicure experience Ive ever had. Super comfortable atmosphere. Melinda did my pedicure, it came out fabulous! While getting my pedicure I noticed all the sanitation being done, theyre doing a great job keeping the place safe and clean! I will 100% be back!

So safe and clean. They were that way before Covid. They added plexi, sanitizer and temperature checks.

Great staff and super clean

This place was highly recommended by a friend. I was disappointed with my gel manicure. I was rushed and very rough. When I left I noticed that the clear coat was in my cuticles and fingers. Removing this made my nails chip. I was hoping to have my cuticles removed. On the other hand jasmine painted my daughters nails with a perfect design. Very impressed. Daniel did my pedicure who was also amazing. Best pedicure ever. They were extremely clean. If my manicure was better they would have gotten a 5 star.

So clean! Staff are diligent and do exactly what you like. I recommend Danielle for gel manicures. She has done my nails twice and they are flawless. I will be back for sure!

My friend and I thought it would be nice to get pedicures together and have lunch after. We both arrived on time and were seated immediately but my nail tech was 10 min late. My friends nail tech got a good head start. My nail tech somehow managed to finish before my friend. I guess its because she didnt scrub my heels and didnt bother to trim my toenails evenly. She asked if I wanted them square and I said yes. What I got, however, was diagonally cut nails! They look terrible. This was a bad first experience at this shop and I will not be returning. They offered a discount instead of offering to fix them. I wasnt looking for a discount, I was looking for them to fix the mistake. I didnt take the discount, but I did ask for my tip back as she clearly didnt care about her botched work. I wont be returning.Edit: why cant add photos to my review? I want to!

Scheduled the Spa Gel Manicure for this past Sunday (Mothers Day) and the place was packed. The staff handled the busy flow with patience and competence.Danielle did a wonderful job on my nails, and was polite, thorough and detailed in her work. As I sat there I could here people checking out as they left and remarking on how happy they were with the service and the environment.A woman sitting near me was saying how she comes all the way from Manchester, NH since its the only place she trusts.

Boutique Nails is by far my favorite nail salon in the area. They always do an excellent job and their gel color selection cant be beat! If you want a top notch manicure or pedicure you have to check it out.

Very nice small nail lounge. They dont do acrylic nails so you dont get the nasty smell or drills related to acryllics. They are very hygienic and friendly and are willing to give advice and suggestions but wont ever pressure you to buy something or do something youre not sure about.

Always a great pedicure here, and its always super clean

I was visiting MA from Philly. I went here for a pedicure and it was hands down the best pedicure I ever had. and Ive had a lot of pedicures. first of all everything is so clean and everything is white.. literally everything. behind a glass window they have a sanitation station with machines to clean all the equipment. I am weird about germs so this was a huge plus. the pedicure it self was SO relaxing I just closed my eyes and almost fell asleep. long massage on feet and legs. they are so dedicated to sanitation, you have to leave your tips in envelopes to prevent contamination. love this place. I go the pedicure during the last weekend in April. it is June 7th, and it still looks amazing, though it has grown out. no chipping at all. I would come back to MA just to get a pedicure from here again, because I feel as though no other pedicure I ever get will measure up to this one.

This place is so clean! I loved my experience. I was very comfortable and relaxed. M super bummed out though. My gel manicure chipped today. And I was just there yesterday afternoon. I wish the job they had done was as good as the place. So disappointed

I was overly impressed with not only the cleanliness, attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene, but also the friendliness of all the staff. This truly is a nail boutique! If you are picky like me, and want to ensure you are getting the best service, this is the place to go. They go above and beyond to make sure every client is happy with their service. I have visited twice already, and will surely make this my go to place for future nail services. Their online booking feature makes it even easier to schedule appointments!

I have been going to this nail salon for about 2 - 3 years now. It has always been a little bit of a struggle because I prefer Gel on my toes which for some reason isnt preferred at this salon. Scheduling through their app in the past and now through their website has always been another challenge because I cannot choose pedicure with gel.I always show up to my appointments early and let them know I have gel on my toes and that I will be getting gel again. I can tell the staff gets aggrieved about this, every time. They have no solution because they prefer we schedule through the website and yet they continue to not have an option for pedicure with gel or they have not invested the 2 minutes it would take to advise me otherwise if I am the one missing something.Unfortunately today was my last visit with them. The last 5 visits or so they have really disappointed me.First off, they charge me an extra $20 just because I prefer Gel polish in my toes. The kicker here... I bring my OWN polish because their color selection has never fit my style. So I choose to get the basic pedicure without any extras at $35 because I know Ill be charged the extra $20 just to have them put MY gel polish on my toes. I understand it takes a bit longer, but $20 is over half the amount of the entire pedicure!!!Secondly, the staff is always friendly to others who come in who seem to be regulars. I feel like after 2-3 years I should be a regular by now yet no one ever recognizes me or treats me this way. I have NEVER been offered water etc. At my visit today, every other women who came in for a pedicure was offered water. Again... 2-3 years going there and it has never been offered to myself.Third- the last visit, previous to my last recent one, they had a student work on me (which normally I would be absolutely fine with) but they had made me wait over 40 minutes past my appointment to begin with. The student was struggling being so new that another staff member had to come over and RE-DO the entire pedicure! No apologies, no discount. I spent almost 3 hours there.Fourth- I decided to choose a particular staff member for my visit this time because I felt that of all of the staff members that have worked on me there she was the most friendly and did the best job. I chose her when I scheduled on the website. This staff member never seemed put off that I preferred gel on my toes. Well, they disregarded the fact that I had purposely chosen that staff member and placed me when someone else. I checked my appointment confirmation email and I had indeed chosen the correct person, but they did not honor that.Fifth- they claim to not handle cash due to their hygiene standards and I have seen this to be untrue. I am a registered nurse and have chosen this salon due to its commitment to hygiene and after recently seeing multiple staff members count/handle money it is a bit odd to me. Why point out the fact that you do not do this, then do it anyway?I am done at this point trying to give any more chances. I am a very loyal customer and feel that I bring more aggravation to the staff here (because of my preference for gel on my toes) than its worth. Such a dumb reason in my opinion and its very unfortunate.

Very clean very safe comforting atmosphere

I have been coming here for about a year now and I have never ever been unsatisfied with my experiences or treatments. Environment is extremely sterile and transparent. The ladies are also super kind as well.

The place is really clean and quite, the girls are friendly but I went for a gel manicure and it was awful! My nails looked bad, the girl didn’t remove my cuticles and the nail polish wasn’t applied properly. TWO days after that my nails started cracking!!! I went to ask them to fix that mess and they did, but like 4 days after that: it was the same thing. I went there because here is highly recommended, but I’m totally disappointed. Gel manicure should last longer than that. I gave them 2 stars because they are really friendly, but the service should be improved.

This place is excellent!! The best my nails have ever come out! Clean clean lines, thorough and fantastic attention to detail. One thing I loved was how modern and sleek the salon was, they do not do acrylic so there isnt loud whirring or the messy tables filled with clutter. Venchy (sp?) was great! She explained how the salon focuses on the natural nails health and they are very sanitary (the best Ive seen). She even explained how they dint use jets because there is no way to truly really 100% clean jets. The music in the background and minimalist decor made this a much needed relaxing visit!

Recently visited Boutique Nail Lounge with my bridal party to get ready for my upcoming wedding. I have visited many times before and always had a wonderful experience, so it was natural to book the wedding party here as well. All the girls loved the salon, everything was so clean, the service was fantastic - we were allowed to bring in refreshments, played music and had a blast! Our mani/pedis were WONDERFUL - love the colors and great massages! We cant wait to go back!

As a cosmetologist I always struggle to find a place that meets my standards for sanitation and customer service. If youre looking for excellent service, a great pedicure (Ill have to go back for a manicure) and a place you can trust is clean this is the one!

Ive been going here for almost 2 years and the gel manicures and signature pedicures are fantastic! Everything is clean and all nail instruments are sterilized or thrown away after one client! Ive referred many people here and all have been more than impressed by the quality of work as well as the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the business. Oh yeah, and they have a policy of fixing your gel manicure for free IF it chips within a week of it being done. After all, accidents and mistakes happen. Ive only had to use this guarantee once in the almost 2 years Ive been going here! Check them out. You wont be disappointed!!
