Lumpy and crooked. Thumbs are two completely different sizes. No one even apologized for the mess up. This is not worth $65. Come on now. The manger said they could remove them for a charge or fix them but how could I trust it would be fixed to quality ? The standard should be higher and I and no other customer should ever leave with nails like this.

I was looking for a great experience and for them to listen to what I want specifically we got that from Coco! She was great! She listened to us & gave us exactly what we wanted. She really talked to the girls to find out what they wanted. We are extremely satisfied! The Nail bar was well lit and extremely clean, it was a good atmosphere. We will definitely revisit the nail bar! Thank you Coco!

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ACRYLICS!! All of my nails are different lengths, very extreme. Middle finger nails have half centimeter difference in length. Extremely thick, lumpy, and crooked. Acrylic material stuck all on skin and globbed onto the ends of my nails. EXTREMELYYYY overpriced for such an awful job. Was burnt multiple times by the nail file drill and nails were filed so thin it burnt the bed of my nail. I could have done a better job in faster time with my non dominant hand. So disappointed. I definitely shed a few tears when I got into my car.

I had an appointment with Julie for Poly Gel nail extensions and I enjoyed every minute of it! When I walked in she greeted me with a warm welcomed smile and offered me the best smelling aromatherapy oil blend. She was very attentive, paid close attention to detail, and my nails look fabulous. I will definitely be back!

Visiting from out of state and found this gem of a nail studio. Beautiful aesthetic design and the nail artists are fabulous.

The customer service was decent, but when it came to the actual procedure, the pedicure was ok the polish could have been better outside of them rotating on my feet( more than one person that included a tech that was fresh in from school and was a little timid while on my feet ) the gel polish is not fully on my nail bed. So the manicure, the newly timid tech was placed on my hands. Now dont get me wrong I know you have to begin somewhere, but my nails have not been on for a week and they are already popping off overlay with gel polish Ive only got four left on one hand and just got them done on Friday 7 16 21 WOW. So my experience was very dissatisfying, I apologize but Im being honest.

Vibe is very relaxed and the environment is certainly akin to a living room--comfortable and soothing. Just relax on the couch and you can engage in conversation with your nail tech or just sit and doze like I did. Staff is friendly, professional, and do fine work.Im proud to support such a lovely Chattanoogan small business.Ill be back!

Such a beautiful and fun salon! This was the perfect place to meet a friend for a pedicure and then walk over to a restaurant for lunch. Julie did a great job on the pedicure. I will be coming back!

This nail bar is such a vibe !!! It so clean, smells great and you get the best smelling essential oils put on you as you enjoy! I also love the products they use for the pedicure experience it left my feet feeling amazing!
