Had been to other places for my lashes and they wouldnt even stay on for 3 days, and it was $35 a pop. Of course they would fix it for free within that window but I heard so many great things about Sunny I decided to check it out. Very nice staff and day spa and knock on wood my lashes and eyebrow tinting look great 5 days on now. Worth the price if they continue to stay in place! Go there, I dont think you will be disappointed!!!!! Going back to get my nails filled!

Nail Technician did an excellent job.

I was going to have my nails done for my wedding and the lady in the pedicure area was very rude I only ask her how long would it have been for me to get my nails and my feet done after waiting 2 hours she replied dont you see we are busy in the place was not crowded so I left and got my nails done somewhere else and they are beautiful and Im now on my honeymoon check that out Sonnys nails

I got my lashes and eyebrows done here n the 11th of August 2020. They done an excellent job on both and only paid $40 for both. $30 for my lashes which still look perfect a week and a half later. $10 for brows. I would and still will recommend Sunny Nails o anyone and everyone. Ive got a lot of compliments on how beautiful my eyes are since Ive gotten them done. Definitely had boosted my confidence 💯!!

Got my grand daughter to get nails done for her birthday...she LOVED IT.

I like Sunnys but today they overcharged me for a waxing. Their prices say $5 for the lip and $10 for the chin. Plus the fee for using a card is $1. The total shouldve been $16, and the woman charged me $21 which is ridiculous. So be careful that they dont overcharge you too.

I had called and they told me to come in and then i spoke with a girl who was really rude and said her excuse was she was working, isn’t that why you come into a buisness? i literally had called 2 seconds earlier and she told me to come in? very confused at why they were rude and why they had told me to come in if they only had 2 people. save yourself the time and don’t go here!!!

Great service. I advise if u get microblading for your eyebrows, before they start. Make sure its the style u want and not what your artist wants. They will try and do it how they want it. Same as nail. Other than tht. Great service.

Good place. I usually go to Dale (1st pic) who does awesome work but the last time i went Sunny did my nails which was very nice too (2nd) but i noticed the amount of glue she used was less than average, so as expected, the nails didnt last a whole week : (

The woman that did my nails, from what I gathered the owner, was very rude. She was on and off the phone the entire time. At one point she got up and went to the back for 15 mins. My nails are rough, crooked and uneven. I tried to tell her several times but it seemed like she didn’t care and just wanted to get me out of there.

Absolutely amazing!!! The owner and a young lady did me and my boyfriend a couples massage. We were visiting from out of town and no other parlor could get us in on such short notice. I called and he said come on!!! We got there and it smelled wonderfully and it was beautiful. Now the massage was OUT OF THIS WORLD. They took their time and used the ENTIRE hour to really massage us and not those lazy 15 min head, hands, feet massages. They went all the way in and it was fantastic. Last time we were in the Nashville area we went to a parlor that charged us $240 for a couples massage and Sunny only cost us $110!!! That along pulled us in. The next time we visit the Franklin/Nashville area Sunny Spa will be our first stop! Thank you for making our quick getaway weekend that much more amazing. Oh yeah and we were NOT sore after or the day after when in some cases after a really deep massage you can be!! 10 STARS IF I COULD LOL

Very disrespectful during pandemic. I understand it is terrifying and I am not discrediting that. However, that does not give you the right to speak disrespectfully towards your clients. If you are so afraid of the virus and it spreading than I suggest you close your doors. OR see clients by appointment ONLY! Clients should not have to undergo discriminatory actions as they walk through your doors. Poorly managed place and unprofessional owners!

Walk in the door, and I was greeted with a Happy good morning greeting. Then ask could they help me. I did arrive pretty early and it was a week day. I was directed to the pedicure chair once I spoke and told why I was there. Never made it pass the pedicure section. Ms Kim was wonderful she did beautiful work on my feet. She did this with so much care. We talk about planting plants, veggies and yard care. She never stop are slow down in what she was doing. Great job.Thank you Ms Kim!🤗Yes I will be back and asking for Ms Kim

Nails were okay not the exact way I wanted them they painted one with barely any glitter on it.. but the lady that did it was nice and then I got my eyebrows waxed.. lady that did that kept making comments about my weight.. n why I lacked hair on my eyebrows but I had hair elsewhere on my face made me really uncomfortable n upset.. will not go back

Tiera cut and colored my hair. The color and cut turned out beautiful! She also told me what products to use as well. Go see her she’s great!!!

I have never seen a nail salon better than Sunny Nails & Day Spa in Chattanooga . The price was affordable.I was seen first since I had an appointment. They were very thorough in their work. My manis are so well after them care it! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting.Very HAPPY! Love guys! I cant wait to go back!

I’ve been coming to this salon off and on for years. The staff is very knowledgeable. They ask questions to make sure your service is done exactly how you want. Also they use bags in their pedicure chairs so that’s comforting.

I have been here several times and each time it’s worst than the last. This last time I was very upset with the service. My sister and best friend went with me to get the acrylic tips and the dip powder. When we walked in, no one greeted us, they all stared and said nothing. The lady who was doing the dip powder for my sister wasn’t doing what she wanted and when my sister said she didn’t like it the lady started yelling at her “stop telling me what to do, I know what I’m doing!”. My friend was getting tips and the lady took about 1.5 hours to just put the tips on her fingers. Then, she painted her nails and instead of the usual fans she put her under this other fan that blew dust (it hadn’t been cleaned) on her nails and out bubbles in it. When we showed them, they just kept painting clear top coat on top. Then she told us her nails were dry, we left, and about 10 mins later my friend was shopping and she touched something and her nail polish came off!!!! When we called them and told them, they were so rude, said we couldn’t have a refund and hung up. I will never go here again and I would never recommend anyone going here. They are unprofessional, rude, and sloppy!!

They use cheap nail polish so you are forced to get gel. My regular polished chipped the next day. Went back and told sunny my dissatisfaction she redid them and they chipped the next day again. She kept suggesting I get gel but I should be able to get regular polish and it last longer than 24 hours. When I do my own nails they last. Never will return

I wouldnt refer anyone going here, they burned my chin and lip smh. She waxed my lip and I told her not too. Health department needs to go there and check on them...

I am here from out of town! I ran into a woman at the gym who had beautiful nails ❤️ She recommended Rose from this salon! She DIDNOT dissapoint! I have not had a full and manicure like this in a long time! I highly recommend this place to everyone 🖤 they are friendly, amazing, and nice prices. The salon is spacious and clean!

DO NOT come here!!!!! I used to go to Sunny’s nail all the time but over the years the service begin to get less professional. I went in for a fill in with gel polish, pedicure, and eyebrows. LISA did a great job on eyebrows but Sunny rushed through my nails. She was too lazy to put new tips on the old nails but put acrylic overlay on top . You could see the messiness under the acrylic. She kept recommending designs to cover it up. She was rushing me to hurry and get out of the chair and carelessly painted my nails & the gel polish begin pealing under the light. Then she puts the older lady on my toes and she clips my skin, makes my toenail bed crooked/slanted, & REFUSED to give me a refund or fix it. Bad service all together !!!

They truly take their time with you. They do absolutely the best gel job I have ever had. My new favorite nail place.

Spa??!...I went in relaxed and left stressed. Customer service needs serious improvement.I had nicer nails when I came in! They were perfectly shaped and now they are all misshaped and completely different lengths. The SNS powder and polish are all over my finger tips (they look like a child painted them), my cuticles were unnecessary trimmed multiple times and now are swollen and painful. I even have a whole tip/edge of my nail missing too. They look horrible!Almost the entire visit, the woman who did my nails was talking to someone else and had way too much going on to focus on me. She never once asked if I was pleased with how things were looking or noticed when I flinched in pain from the excess cuticle trimming or when she yanked my hands so hard she popped multiple fingers. I felt like an inconvenience rather than someone she expected a good tip from (even though she was sure to mention that one would be expected, before she ever began her work. Yes...that actually happened! Ive never.) When I looked at my nails with concern early on in the process I was told not to worry, they would look better when she was done, and my look of worry brushed aside rather than being asked if everything was alright or how I felt about anything. Well they dont look better and thanks for not asking MY opinion.I WILL NOT be back!

Unfortunately, I went for a full-set and the paint didnt last the day..it literally started peeling within the hour after getting them done and my nails were mis-shaped ...you could see ridges from the drill they were shaped poorly. It was disheartening because I was charged $5 for almond shaped nails and $10 for polish...
