My driver got to the deliver app that was never scheduled even though Steam Logistics paperwork showed differently. Then we were lied to multiple times over three day period that we supposedly do have del app every morning over these days. Every time after these lies we got in to delivery to find out there is no app. Finally on the fourth day got unloaded after 3pm. Three days wasted and NO DETENTION. Their excuse is my driver wasnt nice enough to the consignee.! It is in the name steam logistics= HOT AIR!STAY AWAY!WORST. BROKER. I HAVE EVER CHANCE GOT TO WORK WITH....!!!

I was a broker for years and came over to the dispatching side. Booked a load With KP in there for a 4pm appt. Driver arrived at 3pm and the shipper said the load wasnt ready until Friday. But if we would wait until 9pm they could start on us. We paid our driver $150 for a tonu and KP gave us $75. Super nice during the booking process. But when a problem comes up they dont want to pay the industry standard. Good Luck with this place.

This is the second time this company has screwed me over on a load. Theyre nice and easy to work with but when a problem occurs theyre never at fault somehow and can not compensate money. You go the extra mile on your end and you still get the short end of the stick.

If you a trucking company stay away from this company they do not pay Im in process of reporting them to fmcsa and failing a claim on they bond if its legit type company give brokers a bad rap STAY AWAY stay away
