Packages consistently left on the street, nowhere within sight of my home & I have very bad health issues. The delivery man said he has “a big truck” like that was an excuse as to why he can’t come up my driveway but it has been professionally cleared and it is more than wide enough for all the other contractors we have up here regularly working on the house, why can’t FedEx do it? He wouldn’t have a truck at all if people weren’t buying packages. It’s a despicable company and when you have to actually find the location in town to go retrieve your package, they have NO IDEA WHAT TO DO or where your package even went. Why did companies stop using the United States Postal Service to deliver parcels? This is ridiculous.

Delivery driver lied. Was rude. Didnt even come to my house or garage but said business closed (I was there waiting in office) I called complained and the driver calls saying hes on his way. Threw delivery at mailboxes which arent even mine. Sent text saying Left at mailboxes. When I started ext back he brings to my garage which is a business throws it at me says there then leaves. I filed complaint and have complaint #. Him on camera. And the text messages.

My package was supposed to be delivered on 09/17. Then it was changed to 09/20. Now its been changed to 09/22. I called the Chattanooga, Tn waiting to talk to a Manager the representative hung up and blocked me from contacting a Manager. This is how you run your company. Losing packages, delaying the delivery for days at an end. Ill be sending a report to the Better Business Beurea.

FedEx as a whole has been a royal PITA on express priority overnight packages that got held in limbo and ultimately went bad. The 1-800 number was BS (was twice given 100% guarantee that package would be there by end of day)Super difficult to get in touch with this local center, but they were the only ones who actually know whats going on and could tell it to me straight.And when I picked the package up, no hassle, super easy and fast and cant complain. I wish it were a little easier to get in touch with them when its this important of a shipment, but I understand why it is how it is.The folks at the Ship Center have been great.

This is for delivery in Lookout Valley and as per my FedEx delivery person: I paid for $3000 of insurance and to have signature verification. Driver left my package on my porch and in the rain. She then signed for it by herself and now says I signed for it. Outrageous. Dont use FedEx. A bunch of unprofessional clowns...

I hate fedex this is the absolute worst company to receive a package from in Chattanooga.. Every time I order something from them there is an issue with my package......in this case they lost my package and then when I called back to get an update on the location of my package the man proceeded to tell me that the driver can’t remember where he left my package and that I can’t make the driver remember where he left it(which blew my mind because it’s his job) I said that’s fine may I speak to a supervisor he said no he will just tell you the same thing and then when I asked for a number to the corporate office he stated that corporate didn’t have a phone number but I immediately found the number on google. When he finally agreed to transfer me he put me on hold for 2 hours and never transferred me over. Very unprofessional and rude! And I’m still awaiting to hear something about my package.

Never use them again. Ive had 2 packages marked delivered that never where. The last was a $300 Samsung Galaxy tablet and my wife and kids were outside at the time it said delivered. They had been waiting for it to get there. I truly believe the driver is stealing packages that say Amazon prime and are around the size of a phone or tablet. My deliveries are always late or stolen when I use them.

What can you say about fedex its pretty awesome. I would have given it 5 stars but fedex as a company owes me money from damaging one of my parcels and They Refused to pay for it, Directly responsible for me losing sales in money therefore they can never be 5 if they wont reimburse me

I had live fish delivered today, and I’m very disappointed in FedEx!1. They didn’t deliver by 10:30 which is the guarantee. I rearranged my whole life today for this delivery.2. The driver delivered the package and left. It was supposed to be signed for and no one knew the live fish package was even outside on the porch in the scorching heat/sun.The box has (LIVE FISH) on all sides of the box ya can’t miss it.What a shame. Luckily my fish were ok. They might pull through and only time will tell.

Good hours. Helpful and friendly personnel. And above all, this is a shipping center, not a store. When I lived in Texas the closest shipper was a UPS store, which charged higher fees as it had to make a profit. Worse still, when UPS lost my package, it only refunded me about half of the shipping fee. I suppose the other half was the stores operational cost.I am very grateful for living so close to a TRUE Fedex office.

We have a Natural Food Store and a lot of our suppliers ship supplies to us using Fedex. They have been losing packages and sending them 2 weeks late to us because packages get lost in the Chattanooga Shipment center. Cannot recommend them. Too many bad experiences.The previous post was a year ago. Just lost another package. Found them personally and they were extremely friendly except they never did anything about it and the package is still lost. I do not know where it is they do not know where it is.

Always on time. Always taking the weather into account when leaving my packages when Im not home. Always ready with a dog buscuit, too. Even if Im not home, he leaves it sitting on the package. I love our FedEx driver and so does my dog, Ellie.

I had a signature required package that I specifically called the location and told to be held for pickup. The package was not held and the guy at the front desk told me it wasnt his fault it wasnt held, he blamed another employee. I frankly dont care who I talked to if I say hold it you should hold it. Horrible!

Staff is friendly and fast, but I wish FedEx Delivery was more reliable. Packages are always delayed and often bent and torn up by the time they arrive at my doorstep. Have some better care for your customers.

Very lousy service!! The delivery person came to our house press the doorbell once, left the note and left immediately without waiting.If the delivery requires signature he should wait like 2 minutes to get people dress up or go downstairs.FedEx delivery is so unreliable!! What a shame!!

You cant speak to an American. They dont ship to your door. They set on their lazy asses and blow their horns for you to walk to them. Our package was opened and empty. We ordered it over a week ago wiith 2 day shipping it finally come today. FedEx is NOW MAKING US WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY EVEN THOUGH THEY LEFT HERE 5 MINS.AGO!! WE ARE DISABLED VETERANS AND NEED OUR MEDICATIONS!!

Ive never had any problems with FedEx until now. On the first day my packages where to be divided the FedEx lady calls and says she cant find my address because my # wasnt on my mailbox and it is plainly on the front of it, so I called FedEx they said it would be here at no later then 8 PM that nite, it never arrived. Call again the next day, they said the guy was in my area and would be here no later then 6:30 pm. I still havent received my packages. Come on FedEx whats up 😬😡

Well this employee laid his hands on me aside from being extremely aggressive. The story is long and the good thing is i was on a recorded line with FEDEX while i was harassed and humiliated.I hope they have cameras in this store. Mr. David in the picture decided to either be racist against me being Hispanic or he was having a bad day and let his anger out on me.All i asked for was help and guidance on how my package could be delivered or picked up since he could not hand it to me even tho i was told i could pick it up.Mr. David did not want to help from the beginning as i asked him for guidance on my issue. He did not want to share his last name and in fact put his tag inside his shirt, he kicked me out of the store, several times came behind the counter with anger, his co worker who also had an attitude, guessing to defend his friend even thos he was never in the room till later ( dexter robertson) also big attitude but changed a bit towards the end on e he realized i was not doing anything but asking for help. He also hid his name tag. Again all this was recorded by the fedex agent on the line. Mr. Dexter had to ask David to go back in the back room do to his intentions. He held himself back from hitting me. To finish the story towards the end as he said needed to get out i asked him for his last name since the fedex agent on the phone was asking but again he would not say. He only said get out. So i pointed phone to take a picture of him as i said i would since he was giving me no name. At this moment he hit my hand and was going to push me but he decided to hold back . I managed to snap the picture. I expect a call soon from his manager Sean. This is unacceptable for any human being. #fedex

Twice I have had shipments sent from Irving, Texas to Chattanooga, TN. Twice the shipment has been damaged in transit and returned. FedEx is doing a poor job of shipping orders when they continuously damage the item in transit. I am a month out from ordering this and FedEx cant get the order to me because handling destroys the item each time. No quality control with FedEx. I am furious.
