Not a single postal worker was wearing a mask. Incredibly irresponsible.
I love the downtown post office!Friendly, helpful service!
The worst post office I have encountered in the US. No management, no customer service, extremely rude and irresponsible workers there. Very very disappointing.
Lots of days with no mail delivered or picked up from our mailbox. Not sure what I have to do to get my mail every day but the fact that they won’t even pick it up is a problem. This could make me late on bills. As for the post office itself, so far so good.
The staff are friendly, efficient, and have always come through with packages, overseas postage, and other tricky transactions.
Staff is terse, lack of signage makes it somewhat tricky to find the first time, and it looks like they havent really renovated behind the counter since Benjamin Franklin worked there. But theyve got those sweet stamps and will deliver your package like the USPS do.
These guys certainly do their best to take the service out of customer service. One particularly nasty individual down there has a chip on his shoulder which seems to be specifically directed at blacks - ironic since theres a large picture of the new Rosa Parks stamps on the counter. Either way, its unpleasant, unnecessary and people like this shouldnt be employed by the Federal Government or in service jobs to begin with.
Very poorly run post office for so many reasons. Service, package delivery and just basic incompetence by the postmaster.
Poorly managed...several lost packages, unhelpful staff.
Parking sucks impossible to find
Very friendly staff!!
