Great prices and very friendly staff! This was my first visit, when I arrived I was immediately met at the front and guided through the process. I was never in question about what was being done to my car and by the end of the service (which was super fast) my car looked amazing. I was highly satisfied and will definitely be returning!

I made an appointment for first thing in the morning and when I pulled up, everyone was waiting on me and ready to go! I was given a full rundown on exactly what would done to my car and the time I expected to wait. My car was done an hour sooner than expected, but details were not forgotten. Everything was clean to my standard, and its a high one! I even loved the checklist at the end that let me review everything I might have forgotten to look at. Professional, timely, well mannered, attention to detail at a reasonable price. Will definitely return and considering a membership!

This was my first experience with Aqua. I was looking for a hand wash facility to wash and wax my cherished 1966 Corvette convertible. Immediately I was greeted and a very professional assessment of what was needed and how long it would take was discussed. The end result was exceptional, the people who worked on my car were friendly and seemed to really care about my car and the job they were performing. The facility is first rate, new, clean, modern and inviting. It was my first visit but it will not be my last!

This place was great! I wanted to get my car detailed from the inside out as well as a ceramic wax. The different plans made it easy to choose what I wanted to have done as well as how much it would cost. I dropped off my car and said I needed it back in about 3 hours and they got it done! I would recommend this business to anyone looking to get their car detailed!

I’ve always like coming here because I love that they hand wash, they do a good job and they are prompt. In addition to this, the young man vacuuming out my vehicle found $10 under my seat and put it in my console for me to see. I was really impressed by his actions, so I split it with him. This kind deed has won me over and I will continue to use this business!

I love going to them to have my car washed and will continue to go there but I don’t know that I would go to them again to have my car detailed. I would describe it as”Ok” or “Just good enough” but hopefully my experience is an exception. I think the problem was that I scheduled my appointment on a Saturday over Labor Day weekend, so people prob wanted to get done and get on with their weekend plans and the quality of work wasn’t up to what they provide normally.

I wish you can list how you identify the car size on the menu so there will be less misunderstanding.——————Aqua used to be my go to car wash. Every time my mini Cooper is counted as a small car. Today when Im paying, the guy told me only the older version of mini is counted as small but mine is newer so it is a medium which is quite ridiculous since I’ve never been charged as medium. I have no idea about this pricing change.

Fabulous! Every time I go to Aqua Cville I think, There is no way they will get it clean this time... and my car consistently comes back looking like new! I have three high shedding dogs who camp and hike and track mud everywhere. This time I even had bits of hay all over my trunk. Aqua Cville got out the stains, the pet hair, and every last bit of hay. Worth every penny, and always very nice, communicative, and prompt. I love this place!

They do a good job cleaning the vehicles, my issue is the inconsistent pricing. Ive had the same exact vehicle done here on three different occasions, I received multiple prices on the same exact wash which was extremely confusing when your talking about a $30 difference...... Beware of the vague pricing tactics!!!!!!

Just had my first visit to Aqua last Friday. I shouldve shown up the day they opened. I always figured, Oh no, hand wash, must take FOREVER. Incorrect. Jeff has a crackerjack crew running cars through multiple cleaning stations in parallel. Efficient as it can be. And while you wait? Sweetest oasis in town. Nice shady spots, air-conditioned lobby with couches, wifi, the works. And they do multi-wash discounts, memberships, and appointments! Love this place!

Aqua is the most professional and trustworthy car detail service my immediate and extended family have ever used. The detailing, efforts, customer service and attitude both from the owners and the entire team are exceptional every time I have used their service. If their cost may be a little more than what you have paid at other businesses or in comparison to a dealership detail In the past it is no question well worth it. They also are generous with their monthly promotions and discounts.

Aqua wash did a fantastic job! The facility was extremely clean and they had a nice waiting area with free wifi. The staff were dressed and behaved professionally. I stopped by without an appointment and Jared kindly added me to the que. I had the supreme ceramic sealant service performed and my Gt Silver 991.2 c4 looks super clean and it shines like it never has before, the wait was not long also. I highly recommend them for your professional auto cleaning needs.

I took my brand new truck in for a ceramic waxing to give it a good start on its soon to be tough life. The staff was very attentive and punctual. After I did my walk around and paid, the owner still spent twenty minutes talking to me about different products I could buy to help maintain the wonderful job they did. I certainly will be back again. Great example of you get what you pay for.

Very professional environment. Prices seem fair considering how much effort goes into detailing a vehicle. Everyone seems happy but task oriented. I came in on the day after a rain storm, so they were doubled up and still they were expeditious. 10/10. Will probably be my primary car wash in the future.

They always do a fantastic job and my car always looks amazing. Services usually take several hours more than they initially estimate online so plan on having something to do or drop off and pick up later. They estimate around 3.5 hours for a Detail Plus but it always takes 5 to 6 hours when I have it done.

Did a great job getting rid of dirt, etc from my car but the shampooing of my seats left some weird marks on the back seats I havent been able to get out. And they missed a spot on my interior roof.Good basic detail but I dont think it was worth what I paid. They were def friendly, fast, and professional when I was there though!

Aqua Cville never disappoints....I took my car to them to remove hard water stains (from well water) that covered my car. I called a few days ago and spoke with Jeff. He took the time to explain to me step by step what would be done. Today, when Jeff came and got me to show me my car after it was finished, I could not believe my eyes! It looked AMAZING! No spots! From now on, my car will only go to Aqua Cville to get pampered. They take their time and get your car looking good. The entire staff was very pleasant and professional. Came through clutch!My business had a deadline to turn vehicles in annually, looked around Cville for a company that was priced fair and had a reputation.I was very impressed with the professionalism of the customer service in squeezing us in on a condensed timeline with the quality of work performed. We had a Ford Transit 15 passenger van that had sap caked all over that led to a white vehicle looking greenish brown, they did a phenomenal job removing the sap with no damage to the clear coat.Also had a Dodge caravan where the back seats folded into the floor had been water logged leaving the vehicle smelling as if it was found at the bottom of a pond, not only were they able to get rid of the stench but I haven’t seen the carpets that clean since it was first purchased.I recommend to all in Cville, great customer care, fair prices, and service in a timely manner. What more us there to ask for? Will definitely recommend and continue to use for future work and personal jobs.

I brought my car here to be detailed before my new baby arrives this week. I initially wanted a regular wash and some of their a la carte items. The total according to them would of been $90.00. I was up-sold to the detail package of $139.00 because I got “way more”, to me it costed “way more” ($60 dollars more with tip) but I wanted the best for my baby at 9 months pregnant so I went with it. I was very excited for my car as I felt like this was a very expensive detail and I thought it would look amazing... well we did the walk through and I immediately saw dirt spots and flaws on the outside but I am not one to make a scene especially in the heat with how pregnant I am. I look inside and the number one thing I wanted done was my seats to be shampooed and cleaned. As you can see in these photos..they did not turn out amazing. My car mats were also misplaced after my cleaning.Follow up*Aqua handled the situation very professionally and were very communicative to bring me in to re do my seats and fully wipe down the car again and also give me my mats back after they spent time tracking them down. I am very pleased with the customer service they offered. I did not leave that happy the other day but I know mistakes can happen and after the way they handled the situation I would recommend Aqua to anyone.

They’re super nice and have a beautiful spot, but the car wash I received was really poorly done for a $40 price tag. Lots of crumbs still between seats and dirt left on the doors even after I asked them to go back and get some things that were missed.Best to spend your money elsewhere unfortunately.

Aqua Cville Hand Car Wash does great work on all my cars. I was particularly impressed with the recent detailing of my Tesla Model 3. Other car washes left water marks and even scratched the car! I won’t take it anywhere other than Aqua Cville Hand Car Wash again. I am even going to schedule for them to remove the scratches from the other car washes! What a great service!

First time using Aqua and they did an amazing job. We took out other car to another local place and while the service is always friendly I was never super happy with the quality. So I decided to take our (admittedly filthy) car to aqua for a detail. I didn’t even recognize the inside it was so clean.I highly recommend them and will not take either of my cars anywhere else now.

An extremely professional job, it was well worth the money to have interior stains removed that I could not and scratches buffed out on the exterior that I tried but could not remove. I would definitely use them again, perhaps detailing it twice a year with occasional washes. My 2015 Hyundai looks brand new.

Easily the best car wash in town. I utilized the appointment feature which is so helpful! I hate waiting in line when I need my vehicle cleaned, and Aqua Cville offers appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays. I got the Supreme Wash, and the guys hand washed my vehicle, cleaned the inside, and detailed the wheels all under 30 minutes. Me and my fiance brought our firsbees, and walked over to the Disc Golf course behind the carwash while they were working on the vehicle. We walked back, and the owner was pulling my truck around and it was the best my truck has ever looked. I HIGHLY recommend Aqua Cville, and strongly urge you to use the appointment feature so you feel like a VIP when you pull in. Cville is lucky to have this business!

Best car wash in Charlottesville. Staff is friendly and professional. Their work is very detailed and high quality. It is difficult to find a true hand wash anywhere. I have used them since they opened and have found their work to be the best I have ever found.

Very friendly good work. I gave them 5 stars even though the trunk was not vaccum well. I would highly recommend them because the stand by there work and will fix any problems.

They do a decent wash inside and out, but missed particular carpet stains i pointed out when i arrived. Their vacuums seem to not reach well in between the seat and the console. They estimated 30-40 minutes and I left after about 55, so expect to take extra time here and plan to have lunch/breakfast at Bodos next door while you wait.

I’ve been coming here for the past couple years and they do an outstanding job. The staff are always friendly and courteous. They have a great waiting room and my car always looks spotless every time. I’m a member here and it’s great value for money. I recommend to everyone I know in town who likes a clean car 24/7!

Brought my truck in after 3000 miles since last wash and a couple of homeless people and their dog catching a ride with me and now my truck is looking mint again with no homelessness smell aboard.Price-you pay for what you get so unless you wanna break your back detailing your own car bring it to them. In my opinion, top dollar and top quality. However there are a multiple of pricing options for a variety of services.Would I go back? Definitely. Place is no hassle, and they get the job done right and on time.

Made an appointment for today and they called me up and let me know I could bring the truck in early if I wanted. I arrived an hour early and the interaction from the start was very pleasant and professional, they checked my reservation, confirmed my scheduled services and away they went. The place is well kept, clean, bright and organized, all staff were in uniform and these observations made me feel like the truck was going to be taken care of. The service I scheduled was to take a bit more than 3 hours and I received a call after a bit more than 2. I’ve neglected the cosmetic upkeep of the truck, other than an automatic car wash, since the beginning of last winter, before that was a quarterly hand wash and wax at random car washes. I walked toward the truck and the way that paint shined back at me was very reassuring, it brought a smile to my face. Walked around and the truck looked immaculate, the exterior trim brought back to shine, the wheels and treads cleaned with detail, the door jambs were thoroughly cleaned and dried, they pay attention to detail. Before this visit, the inside of the truck still had its layer of pollen from spring and a few embarrassing spills of coffee, and now, it’s slick, clean, matte, and smells like the first day I bought it in 2015. The floor tray liners looked as if we just took them out of the package. All of the glass is crystal clear, even after the windows were rolled down and back up. I’m satisfied, this is the go to spot, they even reassured me that if I noticed something in the next few days to make sure to reach out so they can make it right. I will be back for hand washes and quarterly hand waxes. Thank you guys

The detailing and wash/wax wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it was still very good. I tried to leave a tip, but was told no, simply out of pride knowing it wasn’t the best work that could be put out. Highly professional staff and very courteous. They offered for me to bring it back in if there was anything I spotted wrong or needed redoing over the next week. I will gladly continue my business here.

DID A GOOD JOB ON MY CAR THIS TIME. THEY USUALLY STREAK MY WINDOWS N THATS A PET PEEVE OF MINE. IF IM GOING TO SPEND THAT MUCH MONEY TO GET MY CAR WASHED AND CLEAN. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

These guys tried. I wanted to give them 5 stars, but I cant. They promised to get out scratches and imperfections in their paint restoration service for $140+. The first attempt was pretty good (Id say 80% improvement) but they missed several places. They said to come back if I noticed any spots they missed. So I did, a few days later when I noticed 2-3 places they missed with the buffer. This time a different guy jumped on it. He buffed out the missed spots, but then didnt polish or re-wax those areas. So he left it with lots of streaks and swirl marks down the side of the car. It sticks out because my car is black. For $140 the car should be free of these avoidable errors, IMO. Not sure I would go back unless they fix it.

Windshields and windows were not %100 clear, I had to return to the Car wash to get it done, and it was not as clear as I want them to be. the Dashboard was not wiped properly.the service members were professional and courteous.

Knowing where to pull in and park you car for detailing was a bit confusing but once directed, a man came out and greeted me. We did a full walk around of my car and went over the services I would be getting. I had put a note in my online reservation to take out the seats and was advised this wasn’t necessary as I didn’t need my carpets cleaned under the seat. I mentioned that reason why I wanted the seats taken out was so that the debris around the tracks could be thoroughly cleaned. (I have been to plenty of detailed who claim the compressed air would do the job and I wasn’t pleased). Can’t account for wait time as I didn’t wait for it and wasn’t concerned about not having a car. When I went to pick up my car Matt took me over and we discussed all that had been done. The wax job looked amazing. Bertha (my car) looked beautiful. Inside was good as well. Some streaks on the dash (not a biggy), winders we’re streak free (amazing) however there was still a tiny bit of debris on the sides of me seats. Matt said next time I come back to cville he would take care of it however I wish it was taken care of when I asked as I only come back to cville once every 3 months of not longer. That is why I didn’t give it 5 stars. You guys are def better then most detailers here in jersey and look forward to having my car done again (with the seats out this time)

My van was a disaster, and it was impeccably clean when I picked it up. They took the backseats out and cleaned every little nook and cranny.
