Peter may be good for emergencies but I would not trust him and his team again for mold removal in a crawl space. They cleaned the space (and did a haphazard job) before the source of moisture was removed so growth continued. And then lacked accountability for the way the work was done. And then came back, with a quote triple that of the original to get it all clean. I feel like he lowballed the quote when we were buying the house just to get the job. Look elsewhere for crawl space mold removal.

My house caught fire when I wasnt in the area. In a whirlwind of emotions and confusion, Peter was referred to me. I called him the evening of the fire and he was so patient and understanding of the emotions a situation like this causes...he immediately put me at ease with his demeanor. Peter and his team jumped into action and was at my home the crack of dawn, the very next morning, to tarp my roof. Peter handheld me through the entire mitigation process. Each member of his team went completely above and beyond. They all were professional and reliable. They all thought of me, my home and my items as they were their own - handling every thing with such care and passion! Peter himself became a complete angel to me through out - he was readily available to answer questions and concerns about the process. On site, he was always full of detail and spoke with such care, knowing how emotional a loss is, Peter was my calm during my storm! Peter and his team constantly went above and beyond their job requirements. Even now, as my home has moved towards the rebuild process and Peters part is done- he still welcomes my calls for his professional opinions! Words just cant express how grateful I am for Peter and his entire team!

After purchasing our first home we found several leak issues due to our builder cutting corners during the initial construction process. I recently contacted ServPro regarding cleaning of my dryer vent. I was getting lots of lint and heat backing up into our laundry room. The dryer was taking twice as long to dry our clothes and Im sure this was a major contribution to our increased electric bill. The ServPro team came out and completed the job in far less time than I expected and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Im very pleased and highly recommend.

Our washing machine leaked through our second floor into our kitchen ceiling. Serv Pro removed the wet flooring and ceiling, dried the affected area and safely removed a bit of mold that grew on the internal ceiling beams. I found this location to not conduct business in a straight forward and professional manner. The repairs on my house were never completed, and ServPro of Northeast Mecklenburg still expected a full payment. After trying to drain my waterbed due to a leak, I discovered a slit after trying to maneuver the bladder to get it to continue draining which I believe was due to the age and some wear and tear while moving it it must have cracked so I called and talked with Peter Putukian and he was able to come out immediately and help me with pumping out the water. I would recommend Peter at Servpro for any service you need. He was punctual, he knew what he was doing, and was very kind during this stressing Covid 19 time. Servepro of Northeast Mecklenburg County was a lifesaver in the literal sense. I am a pastor who had a congregant in a severe health situation when her basement flooded and mold was beginning to grow.
