Nick, the store manager, is stellar and the other employees were great as well. I had a singular goal in mind going in and he helped me in a genuine and professional manner. The visit was quick and efficient and I felt like I’d developed a rapport with him by the time I left. Best experience at an ATT store in my entire life.
Daniel, Nick, and Javier were willing to help me without a phone, allowed me a chance to fix my issues with their store phone, and waited with me to figure out the solution. They were positive, communicative, and very warm to me and allowed for my situation to go from annoyance before I walked in to gratitude when I left. A+, 5 stars to everyone!

I came here to upgrade my phone and I left without signing into my Google account which left me in a bind and super frustrated. I was able to come back in and use my old device to verify my account and get it rectified. Nate was super helpful and patient.
Very rude. Wasnt greeted. Guy acted like he was annoyed with my presence. He asked if I knew what kind of plan I wanted. I said no.(of course I didnt, Im not a paying customer there.)He rolled his eyes. I got up and left. What ever he has going on, I hope he gets it situated and stops taking it out on the customer!

Terrible customer service due to so much turnover. We have been working with this store for over 6 months to try and resolve a billing issue due to undisclosed fees which accrued to over $400. We were finally assigned a customer loyalty specialist who took 2 weeks to call us back with a best and final offer of a $25 credit. Ironically I had to try to post this review 2x due to mediocre coverage in Charlotte. No wonder the latest manager is leaving to go to Verizon! We will be following suit.
You can have insurance on your phone and they won’t even touch it, guess I should have stayed with sprint. Switching back!

Unfortunately my phone got water damaged when I dropped it in the parking lot Friday night. Stoped in Saturday and after a very short wait was able to work with Amori Flores in the purchase of a new Xr iPhone. Biggest problem is always recovering data and passwords. Took some time to sort out my backup location (Apple ID account? No, iTunes? No, no back up found? oh no, iCloud yes!!) Finally found data. Amori Flores took care of details while I finished my shopping at Harris Teeter next door. I picked up my phone 20 minutes later. All good. Thanks for staying with the process until we got it right. Great place to take your right arm.

I recently switched to AT&T and upgraded to the new iPhone 13 Pro Max. This experience was by far one of the best customer service interactions I have had in years. The purchasing process was easy, details were explained to me thoroughly but concisely. While the data was syncing to my new phone the manager who I was working with asked if I wanted to run any other errands to make the best use of time. I ended up leaving the two phones to sync with him and went grocery shopping next door. When we came back he saw me walking in, immediately gathered my belongings and met me at the door. This is how business should always be done!! I never felt pressured to make choices, rather I felt that he had my best interest in mind when explaining options. I have since been telling everyone I know to come here for their phone needs. Beyond impressed with the level of old school service that is provided here! Would give 6 stars if it was an option!
